MBS Direct has partnered with your school to provide a customized Online Bookstore, a course-driven system which ensures you order and receive the materials you need for your classes. Order your books with accuracy, confidence and convenience.

ACCESS YOUR SCHOOL’S ONLINE BOOKSTORE, then CLICK LET’S GET STARTED at the center of the page.


If your school has multiple terms or sites, be sure to select the correct ones. Next, SELECT YOUR SUBJECTS in the drop-down checklist. Then SELECT YOUR COURSES individually. Once you have checked all relevant courses, CLICK VIEW YOUR MATERIALS.


CLICK ADD SELECTED TO CART for each item you want to purchase. Required items will be noted in red. Cost-saving options differ by title and include new and used print copies, digital copies, rental copies and Marketplace sellers. If you have selected one or more Marketplace titles, PICK A SPECIFIC CONDITION AND SELLER.

The prices in green, next to new and used prints, are the true cost of ownership when books are sold at the end of the term through MBS Direct’s Guaranteed Buyback. When you have finished selecting books, CLICK PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.


Review your selections, savings and Guaranteed Buyback total. CLICK CHECK OUT NOW.

If you’re a returning customer, enter your email address and password. Then CLICK LOG IN NOW. If you don’t have an account, ENTER YOUR INFORMATION under New Customers to set one up. You will use this account in the future for all interactions with MBS Direct. You will also use this account to take advantage of the Guaranteed Buyback program at the end of the term. When you are finished, CLICK CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT.


Verify or enter your contact information, billing and shipping addresses. Then CLICK CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD.

The anticipated date of delivery will be displayed along with each shipping method. Pick your shipping method(s) and CLICK SELECT PAYMENT OPTION. CHOOSE A SHIPPING METHOD FOR EACH MARKETPLACE SELLER. Marketplace items are shipped from individual sellers — not MBS Direct. If you have chosen an out-of-stock item, choose between “ship as available” or “hold for backorder.” If you select hold for backorder, no products will ship until all items are available. If you select ship as available, all items will ship individually as soon as they are available, so additional shipping charges may apply.


VERIFY OR ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. If you have selected a rental option, you must enter a credit card number to charge if the materials are not returned. When you are finished, CLICK ENTER STUDENT DETAILS.


Select or ENTER THE NAMES OF ALL STUDENTS who will be using your course materials. For each course, SELECT THE NAME OF THE STUDENT ENROLLED. This enables your school to verify that all students have received their assigned course materials. THIS STEP IS REQUIRED to proceed with your order. Without adding all student names/emails and delegating content, your students cannot gain access to their products. If you have selected digital or eContent, ENTER A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS so your student can log in to the Digital Content Shelf. Without this information, your student will not receive their digital content information. When you are finished, CLICK REVIEW YOUR ORDER.


Review your: Guaranteed Buyback amount, shopping cart, shipping terms, privacy policy, rental terms, terms of service and student name and email addresses for all digital materials. Make sure you have supplied the correct email address for each digital title. Then double-check the billing and shipping addresses before clicking SUBMIT YOUR ORDER. Your order will be processed and shipped within the next 24 hours. It cannot be changed or canceled. Your confirmation and receipt will appear on the next page with a reminder of the amount you saved. TAKE OUR SHORT SATISFACTION SURVEY to evaluate your experience with the bookstore.
