FOOD & BEVERAGE UPDATE & FEATURED COCKTAIL

The F&B department is going through a lot of changes currently, which will lead us on a great path forward The team is taking on a new look and sharpening up on our service skills We plan to focus on every detail of your dining experience from start to finish so we can give our Members the best service possible, all while looking the part

Professional Mixologist, Smart Guy in a Tie will be giving the team a refresh on how to properly make and serve cocktails next week, and we have been working hard as a team on creating a new cocktail list CCN’s new cocktail list will be out this month with some new choices we can’t wait for you all to try!

We have exciting events planned to keep this month fresh and enticing! I look forward to seeing everyone at the club and enjoying every moment with you, from awesome food and great service to refreshing drinks!

I would love to share my all time favorite St. Patty’s cocktail the Irish Buck, super simple but has a nice kick to it with a refreshing flavor.

Technically, a buck is any mix of ginger ale (or ginger beer), citrus juice and a spirit The Dark ’ n Stormy is a famous variation, one that’s popular enough that it has its own name Normally, a buck is simply named after whatever spirit goes into it The Irish Buck, then, is a mix of Irish whiskey, ginger ale and lime juice, served in a tall glass over ice
