Leif Johnson has enjoyed a 25-year hospitality career as a chef, general manager, and entrepreneur. Originally from California, Leif enjoyed the opportunity to train in the northern California kitchens at a time that was at the genesis of the farm to table movement.

Leif believes he truly learned to cook from his grandmother and he credits her with cultivating his interest for cooking at a very early age. As Chef and Managing Partner, Leif successfully operated the fine dining restaurant, gastropub, and full-service catering company he founded 12 years prior.
