Fitness

The fitness program at The River Club encourages healthy living as a way of life.

Our members have access to a fitness room that overlooks the majestic 7th hole and lake of the golf course. A plentiful schedule of group workout classes provides a wide array of options for a fun and motivating way to stay in shape.

Group Classes

The River Club also provides a wide array of fitness and wellness classes. In our brand-new group training room (which also features large screen displays for virtual training), classes are a fun and motivating way to stay in shape! Classes vary depending upon season.

Personal Training

Personalized training is a safe and effective way to individualize a weight management and training program personally created to fit your fitness goals. Personal training is available in home or at the Sports Center. To set up an appointment, contact any of our fitness instructors. Each person is different and each plan suits the individual’s needs and goals; our certified trainers are only a recommendation. Personal training charges are per half hour, per full, with buddy training sessions available.
