Estos PRECIOS INCLUYEN lo siguiente : Disponer de un espacio en base a la técnica a realizar dentro del total de las dos plantas de ESCO ART ESPAI d´ART, asi como sus terrazas exteriores. La dirección se reserva el derecho de asignar este espacio en base a cada circunstancia y/o trabajo a pactar con el autor residente. ( Opcionalmente : mañanas o tardes solo ) La utilización de Mobiliario de Artes Plásticas : Mesas, Caballetes, utensilios y herramientas habituales en técnicas secas y húmedas. No se incluyen aqui los utensilios fungibles que sufran un desgaste o utilización particular en la obra de cada artista como lápices, pinceles, pinturas, soportes, lienzos, etc. La Zona Informatica dispone de 2 Ordenadores a disposición de los Artistas tanto para su utilización como herramienta creativa, como de comunicación, mails, etc. Tambien podrán utilizar los periféricos: escaner, impresora, etc. No se incluyen los elementos fungibles de impresión. Se estableceran turnos de utilización de mutuo acuerdo entre los residentes. La Zona de Cocina, vajillas, utiles y sus electrodomesticos : Horno, Microondas, Nevera, son de uso común a compartir entre los artistas residentes para solo uso en desayunos, o pequeños refrigerios, cafés, tés, etc. La dirección se reserva el derecho de aprobar o denegar la utilización para cocinar otros platos o menus más completos. CONDICIONES PARTICULARES Y EXCEPCIONES: El aforo maximo de residentes es de 6 Artistas . No está permitido FUMAR en las Zonas Interiores del total del espacio. No está permitido DORMIR ni se dispone de zona a tal efecto. Las breves visitas de amigos y particulares del Artista Residente seran aprobadas previo acuerdo con la Dirección, no pudiendo utilizar por estos ningun elemento o servicio de ESCO ART. Los PAGOS de las Estancias se haran al contado a la entrada del Artista, exceptuando 4 Semanas completas que se abonará un 50% a la entrada y resto cuando termine la estancia. No se admiten TARJETAS DE CREDITO. En concepto de RESERVA ANTICIPADA DE ESPACIO se efectuará un ingreso previo del 20% del coste total.
The PRICES INCLUDE the following : Having a space to perform your technique, with the possibility to use the whole surface: the two floors of ESCO ART Espai d'Art, as well as its outdoor terraces. The management keeps the right to assign this space based on each circumstance and / or work. To be agreed with the author resident. ( Optional : Morning or Afternoon only ) The use of Visual Arts Furniture: Tables, Stands, utensils and common tools for dry and wet techniques. This does not include the expendable tools that suffer wear or that have a particular use in the work of each artist, such as pencils, brushes, paints, supports, canvases, etc. The Computer Zone has 2 computers available to the artists for both use as a creative or communication tool, for e-mails, etc. They may also use the peripherals: scanner, printer, etc. Printing fungible goods are not included. Shifts will be established based on the mutual agreement of the residents. The Kitchen Area, dishes, tools and the household appliances: Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, are commonly used and shared among the resident artists and are avaiable only for small snacks, coffee, tea, etc. The management keeps the right to approve or deny the use of the kitchen for cooking more comeplete dishes and menus. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS: The maximum capacity of residents is 6 artists . It is not allowed to SMOKE in any of the indoor areas of the studio. It is not allowed to SLEEP and there are no areas avaiable for this purpose. Short visits from friends or other guests of the Resident Artists will be approved by previous agreement with the Management, and they won’t be allowed to use any of the ESCO ART’s elements or services. The PAYMENT of the stays must be done in cash at the entry of the Artist, except from a stay of 4 complete weeks; in that case, a payment of 50% on entry and the rest in the end of the stay could be done. CREDIT CARDS are not accepted. For a RESERVATION we ask for a payment of 20% of the total cost.
