Morning Assembly in Teepee Village gets campers energized for a funfilled, action-packed day of activities. Values are instilled through unique traditions like the Gratitude Rock, Word of the Week and more.

Guided by an executive chef, create and enjoy palate-pleasing dishes from various regions of Italy. Learn about food preparation and kitchen safety, explore helpful hints for measuring, chopping, mixing, and garnishing, and much more. 3 LEVELS OF PLAY Learn the Basics For the beginner player, learn the fundamentals of the game: proper grip, racquet preparation, forehand, backhand, volley, serve, return of serve, overhead, footwork, and basic scoring. Campers feel comfortable and confident on the court while experiencing steady improvement.
Refine Your Strokes For the intermediate player, develop and refine basic strokes with a focus on consistency, footwork, shot selection, and strategy. Campers further develop first and second serves, approach shots, and net game through instruction and match play.

Swimming at ESF We develop swimmers utilizing the latest teaching techniques and coaching methods. Beginning with water safety skills and basic fundamentals, we then move on to progressive stroke development and refinement of techniques. Our well-established program is designed to be compatible with the unique and ever-changing abilities and skill levels of each camper. ESF also offers private swim instruction to campers who are interested in devoting more time to enhancing their skills. We also offer Swim Team to those who are seeking advanced level training in the sport of competitive swimming. Day Camp (Age 4-8)
Tennis Camp (Age 6-15)
With daily instructional swimming, campers receive an initial skill assessment and then progress at their own pace. Progress reports sent home weekly.
Optional swimming instruction is available 2 days per week, at no extra charge.
Sports Camp (Age 6-14) Age 6: With daily instructional swimming, campers receive an initial skill assessment and then progress at their own pace. Progress reports sent home weekly. Age 7-8: Swimming is offered daily. If campers choose to participate, they receive swimming instruction. Progress reports are provided upon request. Age 9-14: Recreational swimming is offered daily. If campers choose to participate, they receive an initial deep water safety test to assess their skill level. Optional swimming instruction is also offered 2 days per week, at no extra charge. HIGHLIGHTS ESF Aquatics Staff Our all-adult staff is made up of certified lifeguards and instructors who are trained to teach our program and adhere to impeccable safety protocols. We maintain a low staff to camper ratio.
Aquatics Director Seasoned leader who oversees the ESF swimming program as well as the overall quality and excellence in pool area.
Swim Levels ESF has established skill levels that campers progress through at their own pace.
Skill & Safety Testing Campers are tested on first day of camp for skill assessment and/or safety in deep water, depending on age and skill level.
Awards & Progress Reports Campers receive awards as they progress through each skill level. We provide updates on camper progress on a weekly basis or upon request, depending on age and skill level.
EXTEND YOUR DAY CLINICS AND WORKSHOPS
CLUB OT On a regular or a drop-in basis, start the day as early as 7:30am and stay as late as 6pm. Club OT campers are divided into groups by age and enjoy sports, games, crafts, chess, book club, drama, theater and much more. Afternoon snacks and refreshments provided. Flexible scheduling with no pre-payment or -registration required. Billing is done twice a month by mail.

Once we receive and review your application, a confirmation/invoice will be mailed to verify your reservation(s). Balance is due by April 1, 2014. All applications sent after April 1, 2014 require full payment.
If you’d like to organize your own car pool, please check the appropriate box on the application. In May, interested parents will receive a contact list of other families in their town who are also interested in carpooling.
All important camp-related materials will be distributed at Camp Orientation which will take place in late May or early June. Your attendance is highly recommended to help make your child’s transition into camp as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Orientation dates and times will be mailed in May.

IMPORTANT: CLINIC & WORKSHOP AGES AND TIMES VARY. PLEASE REFER TO THIS BROCHURE FOR AFTER CAMP PROGRAM AGES. YOU MAY SIGN-UP FOR MULTIPLE WEEKS, HOWEVER PLEASE CHOOSE ONLY ONE PROGRAM PER WEEK. HOW TO ENROLL Please complete both sides of this application, sign the form, and mail it with full payment or a $300 deposit per camper to the mailing address above. Space is limited. Applications will be accepted at any time, on a first-come, first-served basis and enrollment is determined by postmark date. If you need an additional application, you may photocopy the attached form or call us and we will send you another. Applications will not be accepted by fax. The balance of the tuition is due by April 1, 2014. FAMILY, GROUP & REFERRAL DISCOUNTS A 5% Family Discount is given to families enrolling 2 or more children. This discount applies to each child after the first in your immediate family. (The first child is the camper with the higher tuition.) Our 5% Group Discount allows you and your friends to receive a 5% discount off camp tuition. All you need to do is send 3 or more applications in the same envelope! OPTIONAL LUNCH PROGRAM Campers may bring their own lunch & beverage to camp (which we refrigerate), or they may participate in our optional lunch program for an additional $37.50 per week by checking the appropriate box above. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES DEADLINE: APRIL 1, 2014 If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment in camp, you must notify us in writing by April 1, 2014 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations on or prior to this date are subject to a $50 processing fee per child. No refunds will be given out after April 1, 2014 regardless of your registration date. Changes in enrolled weeks are based on availability and must also be made on or before the April 1, 2014 deadline. GROUPING REQUESTS Campers are grouped according to age and grade level. If you would like your child grouped with a specific friend, please write his/ her name and home phone number on this application. Campers MUST be entering the same grade next fall.
PLEASE READ AND SIGN BELOW: On behalf of my child, I accept any and all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in the camp and its activities. I understand that my child should not attend the camp if he/she is not healthy. I understand that my child must abide by camp policies and the instructions of the camp staff. I agree that should my child be dismissed from camp for any reason, no part of my tuition will be refunded. I understand that no reduction in the tuition will be made for late arrival, early departure, vacations, illness or injury. In the event that I cannot be contacted in an emergency, I hereby grant ESF, Inc. (ESF) permission to give immediate treatment and/or take my child to a hospital emergency room. Permission is hereby granted for photographs and/or videos to be taken of my child at camp and ESF has the right to utilize these in our brochures, videos, slide shows, web site, and other camp materials. Permission is also granted for my child (if enrolled in Sports Camp and Senior Camp) to attend all scheduled field trips. Knowing these facts and in consideration for your accepting my child’s application, I, for myself, my child attending the camp, and anyone else who might claim on my or my child’s behalf (“I”), hereby agree that neither ESF nor The Episcopal Academy, are responsible for any and all accidents, injuries, and/or medical or dental expenses arising from my child’s participation in the camp and, accordingly, I covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge ESF, The Episcopal Academy, and anyone working on their behalf from any and all claims of liability or expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or relating to my child’s participation in the camp.
