Delusions and How They Short-Circuit Our Happiness
Our own source of peace and happiness is within our mind. We may find however, that it is not so easy to maintain a continually peaceful mind. This is because of the delusions that so often take over our mind. Buddha’s teachings reveal how delusions function and how we can learn to let them go.

• Diminishing the Power of Our Delusions

In recent years our knowledge of modern technology has increased considerably, and as a result we have witnessed remarkable material progress, but there has not been a corresponding increase in human happiness. It might be said that there are now more problems and greater dangers than ever before. How do we maintain our compassion and grow our wisdom in a troubled world?
• Where does compassion begin?
• How does compassion grow?
• Where does wisdom begin?
