Those who consider Good Will Hunting one of the best films of all time are probably excited at the thought of Matt Damon and Ben Affleck reuniting for this historical drama, based on the book of the same name by Eric Jager. This film tells us all about the last documented duel that took place in France (in the 14th century). The action begins when French noblewoman, Marguerite de Thibouville, says she has been raped by her husband’s best friend, Jacques Le Gris and her husband, knight Jean de Carrouges, challenges his formerl ally to a duel.

Anderson describes the film as “a portrait of this man, of this journalist, who fights to write what he wants to write.” e
