According to the Solar Path, Radiation Analysis and Wind Path tilted the Block 10º to the North. This maximises the Wind Path and also reduces Solar Heat Gain.
Based on Number of rooms and Heights a Mass Model is generated.
MASSING EVOLUTION
Started Design with placing the Hotel Block in a relatively flat area on Site. The Orientation is with longer sides facing North and South to reduce Solar Heat gain,
The final Configuration of Hotel & Event Spaces.
To capitalise on the views and the pleasant breeze the hotel is divided into Tower and Podium Block with a green zone on the Podium
According to Site analysis with the help of Shadow Analysis and capacity the Events Space is placed.
