The parking due to climate will be best if covered Or can be lots covered with tensile structures
Based on ferrari world and sega republic 1:3 would be a good ratio

According to theme park design guides the minimum parking specification is 7.9 cars per 1000sq.ft built up area designated preferred parking must be provided for a combination of low-emitting, fuel-efficient and carpool vehicles for at least five percent (5%) of the total vehicle parking spaces Park design features Ecological •Canopy cover •Preserve existing trees •Use semi-pervious surfaces •Use appropriate vegetation •More trees to shade specific regions Aesthetic •Divide large lots into smaller units •Incorporate landscaping •Provide aesthetic and functional buffers or transitional areas •Green space with benches •Incorporate connections with pedestrian realm •Increase legibility and Signage •Clear pathways
Parking regulations and standards
For all buildings with enclosed parking: A. Mechanical ventilation must be provided to ensure that the Carbon Monoxide (CO) concentration in the enclosed parking area is maintained below fifty (50) parts per million (ppm) by: - Providing a minimum of six (6) outside air changes per hour, or - Installing a variable volume ventilation system controlled in response to input from a minimum of one CO sensor per four hundred square meters (400 m2) floor area of parking. B. A supply of outdoor air must be provided to each parking level. C. Occupied areas such as offices, shopping centres, hotels, waiting rooms, and ticket booths connected to enclosed parking, must be supplied with conditioned air under positive pressure compared with adjoining parking area D. Ventilation systems must be capable of providing ten (10) air changes per hour for smoke clearance purposes in case of a fire incident. E. CO monitoring equipment must be installed with a minimum of one CO sensor per four hundred square meters (400 m2) floor area of parking. F. the CO concentration must be monitored to allow real-time profiling and management of air quality.
Air Leakage All new air conditioned buildings with a cooling load of 1 megawatt (MW) or greater must be tested to demonstrate that air leakage does not exceed ten (10) cubic metres
Air Loss from Entrance and Exit For all new air conditioned buildings other than villas, all regularly used air conditioned entrance lobbies must be protected by a door design which acts as a barrier to the loss of conditioned air.
Hvac control: 1. Sub-division of systems into separate control zones to correspond with each area of the building that has a significantly different solar exposure, or cooling load, or type of use. 2. All separate control zones must be capable of: •Independent temperature control; •Inactivation when the building, or part of building served by the system, is not occupied. •Automatic sensing of people and the load required
Hvac regulations and system
HVac Load For all new air conditioned buildings, the heat load must be calculated in accordance with the following design parameters. A) Outdoor Condition of the Building Dry bulb temperature 46° C (115° F) Wet bulb temperature 29° C (85° F) B) Indoor Condition of the Building Dry bulb temperature 24° C (75° F) Relative humidity 50% +/- 5% C) The safety factor applied must be no greater than: Sensible Heat 10% Latent Heat 5% • Heat loads for buildings must be calculated for each air-conditioned space at the hour of peak load incidence in that space, using software registered in Dubai Municipality. Hvac system: Hi-Velocity is a high pressure air distribution system, which works by creating high pressure. The plenum duct is connected to a series of small mini ducts, which terminate in drilled air delivery outlets all over the enclosure Introducing a DX coil makes it act as a heater when needed This changed the system from fresh air delivery only to a full cooling, heating and ventilation system, which provided a high level of indoor air quality.
Etfe is a fluorine based plastic which is used as a structural element usually draped over stainless steel frame. #it is anti-corrosive #it can withstand extreme temperatures #it is translucent but still can withstand high radiation #aside from being a shell for buildings it can also act as an anti-corrosive coat Aesthetically etfe can be used as: #screen for projecting #the membrane as seen in the water cube can be designed and programmed so as to change color and create different ambience both internally and externally
etfe
space frame is literally a three dimensional structure. #A space frame is a structure system assembled of linear elements so arranged that forces are transferred in a threedimensional manner. #Macroscopically a space frame often takes the form of a flat or curved surface. #Rolled, extruded or fabricated sections comprise the member elements. #A space frame is usually arranged in an array of single, double, or multiple layers of intersecting members.
From case study of ferrari world it can be inferred that space structures are effective #SRTUCTURAL POTENTIAL #VISUAL BEAUTY #SPEEDY CONSTRUCTION #ECONOMICAL #GOOD FOR LONG SPAN ROOFS #CAN BE DESIGNED IN VARIOUS DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS # Space structure
