Community Outreach

On the 17th of May 2019, the field of Communication and Information of BEM IKM FKUI held the annual Grand Launching event at Building C room KC 103 & 104. This event is where we introduce, to other BEM representatives of other faculties, about the various student-run clubs that are present in FKUI under the supervision of BEM IKM FKUI. The project officer for this event was Aliyyavydi Geraldine (2018) and the vice project officer was Vania Anggraeni ( 2 0 1 8 ) . The concept of this events involved each student-run club having individual stands where guests would have a deeper understanding of the activities of each club explained by either the members of the club or the liaison officer, whom lead guests from each faculty through the stands. In addition, the theme, which was ‘world’, was introduced. Each club were assigned a country where they had to decorate their stands based on it. At the end, the club with the best decoration would be given a reward. As a result, an international atmosphere was created as clubs compete against each other for the reward. Throughout the event, the President and vice president of BEM IKM FKUI, Dio Alief (2016) and Karel Sumarsudi (2016), was there
