How to Apply... School Students The school will make initial contact with the 14-16 team to discuss the learner’s needs and possible courses. A visit will then be organised for the school and learner to view the facilities, ask questions and complete initial paperwork. The learner will then be invited for a taster session within their chosen area and an interview will be carried out by the tutor. Once an offer has been made, the 14-16 team will draw up a Service Level Agreement for the school and parents to sign. The learner will attend the course once all information is received and signed. Electively Home Educated Learners Electively home educated students and their parents/ carers/Local Authority (EHE) may approach the 14-16 team directly through the contact details given. The same procedure is then followed as for the school students for the initial visits, taster sessions and enrolments.
