CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OUR GRADUANDS We are looking forward to celebrating your graduation on Thursday 21 October 2021. In this guide you will find all the information you need about your day, including wristband collection, parking and the ceremony details for you and your guests.

VENUE ENTRY Currently, upon arrival at Stockton Globe, you and your guests over the age of 18 must demonstrate their COVID-19 Status to gain entry in ONE of the following ways: •
Full vaccination (first and second dose), and with the second dose administered at least 14 days before your visit; OR
•
A negative lateral flow test taken within 48 hours of your visit; OR
•
Proof of natural immunity (positive PCR test within the last six months, after selfisolation has ended and up to 180 days after taking the test)

ACADEMIC GOWNING Your academic gown and cap will be delivered to your home address, approximately five days prior to your graduation. Please ensure you wear this on the day over your smart clothing.
GRADUATION GUIDE
WRISTBAND COLLECTION On your graduation day, you will need to confirm your arrival at our registration desk at the entrance of Stockton Globe. This is where you and your guests will collect your ceremony wristbands. Please note: it is important that your guests have their wristbands before being seated for the ceremony, as these will be checked and are required for entry into the ceremony.
PHOTOGRAPHY Academy Graduations will be providing professional photography packages, which you may have already pre-booked, or can be purchased on the day of your graduation. Photography will be available from 09:30am - 1:30pm in The Link.
THE PROCESSION VIPs and graduands will walk from Stockton Globe through Stockton town centre and back to the venue. All graduands need to be gowned and present at the venue ready for the procession by 10:10am. The procession will start promptly at 10:20am. This route takes approximately 15 minutes to walk, so please ensure you wear appropriate footwear. Please note: If we experience adverse weather conditions, procession times may vary.

CEREMONY ADMISSION FOR GUESTS The theatre will be open to guests from 10:15am, where they will be seated by 10:40am, ready for your arrival. When your guests arrive at the ceremony, they will need to present their wristbands to staff to guarantee entry into the the theatre. Your guests will then be shown to available seats. Please note: If we experience adverse weather conditions, these times may change.
CEREMONY ADMISSION FOR GRADUANDS VIPs and graduands are expected to be seated at 10:45am after the procession. All graduands will then be shown to their seat by 1:50pm, ready for the ceremony to commence. Please note: You will be sitting with your course colleagues in alphabetical order and not with your guests.
CELEBRATIONS After the ceremony, you and your guests are invited to join us for refreshments to celebrate your graduation. After the celebrations, all graduates will need to return their gowns to Academy Graduations, who will be located in The Link. We are looking forward to celebrating your graduation with you and we hope that you and your guests enjoy the day!
