SAFERER SAFERER 是一個能讓各種年齡與身高的使用者都能快速由火場逃生的安全門掛件, 透過簡易而快速的裝設就能提升安全門的安全性與逃生的便利性。 SAFERER is an auxiliary kit that allows anyone of all ages and height to escape quickly and safely. By simple and quick installation, we can improve the safety of fire doors and the convenience of escaping.

「 如何讓人們逃生地更加順利、快速 ? 」 " How to make people escape easier and faster? "

問題發現

Problem Exploration

有天在學校行經樓梯間,在推開防火門時我突然發現防火門使用的門把材質 為不鏽鋼,在火災時難道不會讓人燙傷而無法快速逃生嗎 ? 同時,其門把高度在大眾日常使用時無礙,但在緊急狀況時對於腿部受傷者 以及兒童和老人卻可能因為搆不到門把而阻礙逃生。 One day I pushed the fire door open, I suddenly found that the door handle was made of stainless steel. Wouldn't it be hot and make people unable to escape quickly in a fire? At the same time, the height of the door handle is unobstructed during daily use by the general public, but it can hinder the escape of People with leg injuries, children and the elderly in an emergency.

重點問題 Problems

目前的安全基於法規規定,安全門都須為推式門把,然 而所有把手的材質皆為不鏽鋼,在火災時會因高溫而 使人不易開門。 The current safety is based on regulations, the safety door must be a push-type door handle, but all the handles are made of stainless steel, which is difficult to open due to high temperatures during a fire.

門把高度在大眾日常使用時無礙,但在緊急狀況時會 阻礙兒童和臥倒者的逃生。 The height of the door handle is unobstructed during daily use by the general public, but it can hinder the escape of children and people with leg injuries in an emergency.

安全門鎖為了讓火災時能確實阻隔火焰及煙霧,需要 施很大的力才能推開。 Safety door locks require a lot of force to push away in order to allow fire and smoke to be blocked in a fire.

功能模型測試

測量各式安全門的尺寸,讓設計能適用於所有的安全門。 Measure the size of each type of safety door so that the design can be applied to all safety doors.

藉由製作模型確認產品的可行性,在過程中也同時修改設計以符合真實的使 用狀況。 By making a model confirm the feasibility of the product, the design is also modified in the process to match the actual use.

藉由實際裝設體驗推壓時的感受,由於能施力 的區域放大很多,確實能讓人更快速的開門逃 脫,在蹲低或是臥倒的情形下也能順利開門。 By actually installing the experience to experience the feeling of pushing, because the area where the force can be applied is greatly enlarged, it can make people open the door more quickly, and at the same time enable people to open the door smoothly in the case of degrading or lying down.


在設計的過程中我們發現這樣大面積的板狀結構也能提升逃生者在慌亂中更容易且快速 的找到逃生方向。尋找將嘗試各種指示方式,以讓人在緊急的狀況能快速地辨識並且逃生。 In the process of design, we found that such a large-area plate-like structure can also allow the escaper to find the escape direction in panic easier and faster. 安裝快速 安裝過程僅需將 SAFERER 的掛鉤由上方扣在門板 上 即 完 成 安 裝, 掛 勾 厚 度 僅 有 1.5mm, 在 不 影 響 防 煙防火的密閉性的同時符合幾乎所有安全門。 The overall installation is fast. The installation process only needs to fasten the SAFERER hook from the top to the door panel. The thickness of the hook is only 1.5mm, which meets almost all safety doors without affecting the airtight and fireproof tightness.

輕鬆省力 利 用 頂 端 作 為 槓 桿 原 理 的 旋 轉 軸 ,兒 童 或 是 傷 患 或 採 臥倒姿勢的逃生者能以更輕鬆省力的方式推開。 Easy and effortless Using the top end as the axis of rotation of the rotating shaft, children or casuals who are injured or lying down can push away in a more effortless way.

絕熱材料 使 用 玻 璃 纖 維 作 為 外 部 的 絕 熱 材 料 ,讓 使 用 者 能 在 安 全 不 會 燙 傷 的 狀 況 下 以 全 身 的 力 氣 開 門 ,讓 逃 生 的 過 程更順利。 Thermal insulation material The use of fiberglass as an external thermal insulation material allows the user to open the door with full-body strength in a safe and non-scalding condition, making the escape process smoother.

「ㄑ」型造形在滿足使用者各種推壓方式的同時也以 其本身造型做為指示逃生出口的巨大指標。 The shape of the " ㄑ " meets the various pressing methods of the user, and also uses its own shape as a great indicator to indicate the escape exit.

J U S T P U S H I T. SAFERER 透過加大門把面積以及利用槓桿原理減輕所需施 力道,讓逃生者能以更多樣的操作方式快速逃生。 By increasing the size of the door handle and using the principle of leverage to reduce the required force, SAFERER allows the escaper to escape quickly in a variety of ways.

BLUE DYE VASE 「封存過去,經典重現」 此系列花瓶以「封存過去」作為概念,以環氧塑脂封存三峽傳統藍染工藝之美,提供傳統工藝 全新的賞玩方式。 “Sequestration of the past, reincarnation in the present”. This project is a collection of vases based on the concept “sequestration of the past”.Sealing the bluedyed in epoxy creates an interesting suspension effect, artfully captures the classic beauty of bluedyed.

三峽藍染工藝

Sansia blue-dye artcraft 作為三峽的當地特色產品,藍染(紮染)是一種傳統的台灣工藝。簡單而優雅的色彩組合,以 及出色的抗汙性是其特色。 三峽在清朝末期是一個重要的布料染製中心。它也是作為藍染的主要植物原料「大菁」的最 大生產地,傳統的染坊和過去的廣告牌仍然可以在三峽的老街上看到。 As a local specialty of Sansia,blue-dye(tie-dye) is a traditional Taiwan craft. Simple but elegant color combination and the outstanding resistant to dirt are its feature. Sansia was an important cloth dyeing center during the end of the Qing dynasty. It was also the biggest producer of”Cyanine”, a botanic ingredient of blue-dyed. Workshops and billboards from the old days can still be seen on the Sansia old streets.

藍染製法

Blue dye is an important element of Hakka, It combines plants such as cusia and tinctoria with techniques such as clip dyeing, twist dyeing, seam dyeing , and batik to create a variety of creative works.

St e p 1 : 綑綁布料設計圖案。 Bundle the fabric to design the pattern

St e p 2 : 浸泡入染缸。 Soak it into the dyeing tank.

St e p 3 : 拆除夾具和綁帶 Remove the clamps and straps.

St e p 4 : 於戶外風乾。 Dry it outdoors.

市場調研

Market research 透過在三峽老街的藍染店鋪和網路做市場調研後,我發現市面上所販售的藍染製品都是以布 料的形式存在,產品局限於包款、服飾等等。未發現任何例外。 After market-researching in the blue dye shop in Sansia , I found that the blue-dyed products sold in the market are in the form of fabrics, and the products are limited to bags, clothing and so on. No exceptions have been found.

設計概念

由藍染於戶外曬乾時的飄動的狀態獲得靈感,或許能將布料飄動的輕盈美感 以灌模方式封存並作為花瓶,讓藍染以更優雅的方式參與生活。 Inspired by the fluttering state of blue dyeing outdoors, it may be able to seal the light and beautiful beauty of the fabric in a mold and use it as a vase, allowing Blue Dye to participate in daily life in a more elegant way.

我在製作過程研究了各式方式減少環氧樹脂灌製時產生氣泡 的問題,同時也嘗試各種布料的固定方式。試圖在擁有簡約美 感的同時捕捉布料飄動的輕盈美感,並呈現藍染布料的典雅 花紋。 In the production process, I studied various ways to reduce the problem of bubbles generated during epoxy resin casting, and also tried various ways of fixing the fabric. Try to capture the light and beautiful texture of the fabric while having a simple aesthetic, and present the elegant pattern of blue-dyed fabric.

St e p 1 : 以棉線將藍染布料固定。 Fix the blue dyed fabric with cotton thread.

St e p 2 : 分多次將環氧樹脂倒入 Pour epoxy resin into container once a layer.

St e p 3 : 放入玻璃試管。 Set the glass tube.

St e p 4 : 持續將環氧樹脂倒入同時拆除棉線。 Continue to pour the epoxy while removing the cotton thread.

LANO LANO 是一個讓使用者能透過改變燈罩與光源的相對位置改變光照型式的燈具, 透過燈罩由不透明至透明以及亮面與霧面的漸變與光產生有趣的互動。 LANO is a luminaire that allows the user to change the illumination pattern by changing the relative position of the lampshade to the light source. Create interesting interactions with light through the gradient lampshade.

「 如何創造人與光的全新互動 ? 」 " How to create new interactions of human and light? "

概念起源 Inspirations

光在穿透或反射在不同的材質與表面加工時會產生各式各樣的照明形式,而人與光之間存在 的無限可能性相當吸引我,於是促使我想藉由這個設計探索人與光的互動的各種樣貌。 When light penetrates or reflects on different materials and surfaces, it produces a variety of lighting forms, and the infinite possibilities between people and light are quite attractive to me. This prompted me to explore the various aspects of the interaction between man and light through this design.

發想方式 Inspirations

I further interpret "the interaction between man and light" as "some kind of change in the way people control light through some form of interface". By this interpretation, the direction that can be thought of is divided into the way of operation and the change of light, using a mind map to find interesting and simultaneous developments.

我將「人與光的互動」進一步解釋為「人透過某種形式的介面控制光的某種變 因」,藉由這樣的詮釋將可以發想的方向劃分為操作方式與光的變化,並試圖 取當中有有趣且同時具發展性的交集。

Change of the light

進一步將挑選出的概念以操作的直覺性高低與使用情境的多寡做十字分析, 擷取位於右上角的區域 ( 直覺性與使用情境較多的概念 ) 做草繪發想。 Further, the selected concept is cross-analyzed by the level of intuition of the operation and the use case, and the area located in the upper right corner (the concept with high usability and more usage scenarios ) is chosen for sketching.

Design Concept 在草繪的過程中我思考到光的型態會隨著他所穿透的材質的表面加工而不 同,而在被透明與不透明材質包覆時也會改變光的擴散與聚焦。同時也思考 或許能透過有趣、獨特的操作方式來調整光的型態。 In the process of sketching, I thought that light will vary with the surface finish of the material it passed through, and it will also change the spread and focus of light when covered with transparent and opaque materials. This is a phenomenon that I am very interested in. At the same time, I think that it is possible to adjust the light pattern through interesting and unique operation methods.

在光源位置固定的狀態下,使用者可以藉由拉動拉繩調整燈罩的相對位置, 改變光線的擴散與聚焦程度。藉由這樣的互動,讓燈具在符合使用者照明需 求的同時,賦予人們的生活更有趣且豐富的體驗。 In a state where the position of the light source is fixed, the user can adjust the relative position of the lamp cover by pulling the pull cord to change the spread and focus of the light. Through such interaction, the luminaire can give people a more interesting and rich experience while meeting the lighting needs of the user.

ROPLER ROPLER 是一個結合捲尺與直尺的文具,使用者能以簡單直覺的操作透過 這把尺測量二維以及三維空間的直線與曲線長度。 The ROPLER is a stationery that combines a tape measure with a ruler. The user can measure the length of lines and curves in 2D and 3D space through this ruler with a simple and intuitive operation.

我們藉由前期的資料蒐集與分析,歸納好的產品背後的概念與脈絡,並思考是否能透 過同樣的概念發展出形式不同但概念相同的產品,藉此確定我們期望達成的設計目標 以及統整兩人心中對於此作品的期望。 We use the previous data collection and analysis to summarize the concepts and context behind the good products and to consider whether we can develop products with different forms but the same concept, thereby set up the design goals we hope to achieve.

透過解析前期的資料,我們發現許多創新而符合用戶使用需求的設計品的核心都屬於將兩個 既存的物品功能合一,於是我們盡量將日常常用的文具列出,同時也寫下該文具為使用者提 供的功能,並以連線方式逐一思考結合之產品的使用環境與操作可能性。 Through the analysis of the previous data, we found that many of the innovations that meet the needs of users are combinations of two existing items, so we listed the daily stationery.We use the method of lining each stationary to each other to find out the interesting result. The usage environment and operation possibilities of the product are also considered during the process.

Working Prototype Testing 藉 由 功 能 模 型 測 試 我 們 的 機 構 是 否 能 運 作, 同 時 檢 視 操 作 經 驗中是否存在設想不足或是不合理的過程。 We tested whether our organization can function by prototyping, and check whether there are insufficient or unreasonable processes in the operating experience.

ROPLER 是全新設計的測量工具,藉由結合直尺與捲尺之功 能,提供使用者更好的使用方式與操作經驗。 Ropler is a new ruler design, combining the functions of the ruler, tape measure, which provides the user better workflow and working experience.

拉出測量繩索,指針會指出目前線材之長度,使用者能輕鬆透過指針得知長度。 By pulling out the measuring rope, the pointer will indicate the length of the current wire pulled out, and the user can easily know the length through the pointer.

整體厚度只有 4mm,長度 15.5 攜帶上與一般直尺無異。

兩 側 弧 度 符 合 抓 握 時 的 人 體 工 學, 讓 使 用 者 在 畫 線 以 及 切 割 紙張時有更穩定的抓握。也方便使用者由桌上拿取。 The curvature on both sides conforms to the ergonomics of the grip, allowing the user to have a more stable grip when drawing lines and cutting paper, also convenient for the user to grab it from the table

尺內強力磁鐵能吸附測量繩的金屬端點,形成迴圈狀結構, 方便使用者測量物體的周長。 The ruler has a strong magnet that can absorb the metal end of the measuring rope and form a loop-like structure, which is convenient for the user to measure the circumference of the object.

Step 1 : 拉出測量繩。 Pull out the rope.

Step 2 : 將 繩 子 沿 著 曲 線 對 齊, 指 針 將 指 出 曲 線長度。 Align the rope to the curve, the pointer will point out the length of the curve.

「是否能透過造型賦予產品合理的功能性 ?」 " Is it possible to give the product reasonable functionality through the shape? "

拇指圖草繪造型探索 Sketching

這個設計起源於課程中教授要求我們使用三個塊體藉由彼此 之間的排列組合創造出具有美感的造型,藉由草繪的過程刺 激對於比例與排列與塊體之間的掌握,促使我思考如何能創 造美的造型、美的造型可能具有什麼條件。 This design originated from the course that the professor asked us to use three blocks to create an aesthetically pleasing shape by arranging them. The process of sketching prompted me to think about how to create beautiful shapes and what are the conditions for a beautiful shape.

第二階段藉由製作小模型來檢視我選出的形體在別的角度觀看是否也是美 的,同時也訓練我將平面圖像轉化為立體造型的能力,在製作過程我發現我 認為美的造型通常具有長度或份量感上的對比性。

In the second stage, I made small models to check whether the selected shape is beautiful while looking at other angles. At the same time, it also trained me to convert the flat image into a three-dimensional shape. In the production process, I found that I think the beautiful shape usually has the contradistinction in length or weight.

在進行燈具的產品研究時發現市場上看得見燈具本體的燈具 ( 非內崁式燈 具 ) 主要分為兩類;間接照明與直接照明,兩者各有其產品特點。藉由產品的 功能分析研究作為設計概念的主要發展參考。 When researching the luminaires on the market, I found that the luminaires (noninner luminaires) that can be seen on the market are mainly divided into two categories; indirect lighting and direct lighting, both of which have their product characteristics. 間 接 光 源 Indirect Lighting

間 接 光 源 藉 由 牆 壁 的 反 射 使 光 線 柔 和 而 不 直 接 刺 激 眼 睛, 在 照明的同時賦予空間舒適的氣氛,適合作為環境光源。 The source softens the light by the reflection of the wall without directly irritating the eyes, giving the space a comfortable atmosphere while illuminating, and is suitable as an ambient light source.

直 接 照 明 透 過 照 明 桌 面, 能 幫 助 使 用 者 在 光 線 充 足 的 情 況 下 做閱讀等活動。相對於間接照明賦予環境的環境氣氛,直接照 明燈具的功能導向更強烈。 Direct lighting through the illuminated desktop can help users to do the reading and other activities in a well-lit environment. GOLDFISH TUMBLERS 「杯底不可飼金魚」是流傳台灣的俚語,是「乾杯」的意思,勸人一飲而盡,不能留著「 殘酒 」飼金魚。 此產品以這個台灣諺語作為概念起源,同時結合噴砂處理玻璃遇水會變透明的材料特性。 "Don't raise goldfish in the bottom of your glass." is the Taiwanese proverb. It means "cheers". Persuaded People to drink, don't keep the "remaining wine" for goldfish. This product originated from this Taiwanese proverb, and combined with the characteristics of the frosted glass will become transparent when it meets water.

《杯底毋通飼金魚》 Don't raise goldfish in the bottom of your glass.

《杯底不可飼金魚》為發表於 1949 年 4 月 18 日的台語藝術歌曲,作曲者為 知名台灣音樂人呂泉生,作詞者為劇作家陳大禹,首次發表的地點為位於台 北市中山堂,為鋼琴伴奏的獨唱台語民謠。 呂 泉 生 有 感 於「 二 二 八 事 件 」造 成 的 傷 亡 無 以 計 數 ,深 覺 痛 心 ,據 呂 泉 生 自 述 , 他發表該歌曲的意思為希望外省人跟本省人大家都可以坐下來喝杯酒,杯 底不要留酒,一飲而盡,往後和樂過生活,肝膽相照,化解雙方猜忌或仇恨。

Don't raise goldfish in the bottom of your glass is a Taiwanese song published on April 18, 1949. The composer is a well-known Taiwanese musician Lu Quansheng. The lyricist is the playwright Chen Dazhao, the first place to be published is at Zhongshan Hall in Taipei. It is a solo Taiwanese ballad with piano accompaniment.

Lu Quansheng feels that the casualties caused by the "228 Massacre" are countless and deeply painful. According to Lu Quansheng's self-report, he expressed the hope that the people from other provinces and the people in the province can sit down and have a drink. Don't leave wine at the bottom of the glass. After drinking it, everyone should enjoy life and be happy, and resolve both sides' suspicions or hatred.

我將噴砂玻璃遇水變透明的特性應用在玻璃杯底,當飲者酒杯裡有酒時便會透出底下的金 魚,將杯中的酒飲盡後玻璃恢復乾燥,金魚便會消失。 I apply the characteristics of the frosted glass will become transparent when it meets water to the bottom of the tumbler. 微星科技機殼部門實習 Internship At MSI Inc. 2018.9 - 2019.3

因為在曜越科技電競產品設計競賽獲得首獎,因緣際會下微星科 技公司的副總監邀請我到電競電腦機殼部門做前端概念設計與 3D 建模與渲染的長期實習生。在工作的過程中參與多個專案,並 於經手的每個產品的生產過程中分別參與了不同的階段,從市場 調研、概念發想至 3D 建模、渲染甚至行銷用的產品影片。 Because I won the first prize in the Thermaltake Technology Inc. e-sports product design competition, I was invited by the deputy director of MSI Inc. to the e-sports computer case design department to do the long-term internship of conceptual product design and 3D modeling and rendering. I participated in multiple projects in the course of the work, participated in different stages in the production process of each product, from market research, concept to 3D modeling, rendering, and even marketing product films.

在 實 習 過 程 中 我 們 也 參 與 2 0 1 9 CO M P U T E X 展 場 的 展 示 機 殼 的 前 端 概 念 設 計 , 藉 由 市 場 調 研後我發現高端消費者的電競機殼具有尚未被滿足的需求,市場上主要的電競電腦機殼的風 格都較高調誇張,而喜好低調高級質感 CMF 的消費者卻沒有太多選擇。 於是我設計了一個以鋁合金切削的機殼,以重複的板狀堆疊出銀色的波浪,滿足電腦的散熱 需求的同時創造高級的質感。 During the internship, we also participated in the conceptual design of the display case of the 2019 COMPUTEX exhibition. After market-researching, I found that the high-end consumer's computer case needs have not been met. The style of the main e-sports computer case on the market is high-profile, while consumers who like low-key and high-quality CMF have not much choice. So I designed a case that was cut with aluminum alloy, creates a silvery wave in a repeating plate shape to meet the cooling needs of the computer while being elegant and beautiful. 100


我們也完整製作了 2019 全新機殼的展示動畫製作,於全台實體通路與網路播放。主要呈現 此產品的設計概念、外觀特徵與支持的硬體規格。 We also produced a complete animation of the 2019 new case, which was broadcasted throughout Taiwan's physical channels and virtual channels. It mainly presents the design concept, appearance characteristics and supported hardware specifications of this product.

在 2019 年 的 夏 天 我 加 入 三 青 創 意 有 限 公 司 實 習。 主 要 負 責 產 品 設 計的部分,由六月至今已經手超過五項專案的執行,內容包含自有品 牌的新產品開發設計以及公司對外的工業設計服務。在過程中參與 並實作了產品由前端開發、測試、使用者研究、產品設計、打樣、量產 等整個產品誕生的所有階段。 In the summer of 2019, I joined an Internship at Hank & Maxwell studio. Mainly responsible for product design. Since June, I have been implementing more than five projects, including new product development and design of the brand and the company's external industrial design services. In the process, we participated in all the stages of mass production of the products, including front-end development, testing, user research, product design, and prototyping.

It interprets plants’ features with delicate leathercraft, creates a series of elegant leather plants as indoor décor, and aims to bring natural scenery indoor.

台科大設計系工設組首屆期末班展籌備 Preparation of the NTUST Industrial Design Final Exhibition of Sophomore

在大二下學期時由於系上一直以來舉辦設計週活動的傳統停辦,與此同時我們也認為系上需 要一個能刺激大家提升作品品質並且展示我們的設計成果的展示機會,我和同學籌備了我們 的期末展覽,在為期三天的過程中我們創造了超越 500 人的觀覽人次並且為系上留下能重 複利用的展示架。 我 們 將 展 覽 主 題 設 定 為「R TO A」, 意 旨 我 們 在 過 程 中 不 斷 refine 作 品 直 至 最 後 使 作 品 完 善 達 到 A 級, 同 時 也 象 徵 了「refuse to adapt」 代 表 了 我 們 拒 絕 屈 服 於 未 臻 完 美 的 世 界, 同時試圖改善所有我們所能觸及的議題,這也是驅使我們學習且從事設計的理由。 In the second semester of my sophomore year, due to the suspension of the traditional ICD Design Week event, we also believe that the department needs a display opportunity that can stimulate everyone to improve the quality of the work and showcase our design results. In our final exhibition, we created a view of more than 500 people for three days and left a reusable display stand for the department. We set the theme of the exhibition as "R TO A", which means that we continue to refine the work in the process until the finalization of the work to A level, and also symbolizes that "refuse to adapt" represents our refusal to yield to a world that is not perfect. At the same time trying to improve all the issues we can reach, this is also the reason that drives us to learn and design.

在策劃展覽時我們將展場的動線以及觀覽時的體驗列為設計重點,同時我們也設 計了匿名留言的機制讓參觀者能以更沒有壓力、輕鬆的方式將自己對於產品的真 實想法忠實傳達給設計者,做為同學們改善自己作品的參考回饋。 When planning the exhibition, we listed the dynamics of the exhibition and the experience of the exhibition as the design focus. At the same time, we also designed a unique way to enable visitors to anonymously express their true thoughts of the product in a more stress-free and easy way. Faithfully conveyed to the designer as reference feedback for the students to improve their work.

由於我們希望藉著這次辦展的機會為系上留下能重複使用的展櫃,我們設計 了一組能透過改變連接方式切換直立式展台以及桌面展台的模組化展櫃,藉 此同時滿足展板與展品的展示需求。並將連接的零件設計成筷子的尺寸,讓未 來的學弟妹在使用時即使零件缺少或是耗損也能很容易地找到替換的筷子。 Since we hope to leave a reusable showcase on the exhibition, we have designed a modular showcase that can switch between the vertical stand mode and the table mode by changing the connection method, thereby meets the display needs of the exhibition panels and exhibits. The connected parts are designed to be the size of the chopsticks, so that future schoolchildren can easily find replacement chopsticks even if the parts are missing or worn.
