problem modern white-collars suffer from sevral health crisis, due to long-time working pattern at computers, without taking rests.
we've concluded 3 major symptoms as below:
long-time-sitting causes bones and muscles issues, also slows down blood circulation
eyes get dry when staring at screens, or even causes headache
body lack of water may cause constipation, low blood pressure, dizzy, etc

preface our team had gone through wind, but practical and deepin processes, then came out with a satisfiting design deliver eventually. following will be the presenting of each of our process, discussion and discovery, come up with our design features, also a demonstation video in the end.

issue select 1.0 "emotional social robot" was the main theme given by professor. "being alone" was our first topic, considering the sitiuation may contain emotional issues inside, being able to be solved by this type of robot.
observation & interview according to "being alone", we devided the sitiuation into 5 parts of everyday life. each pairs with a suitable research method.

the other part, entertainment, was excluded from above. we considered activities too subjective to be defined as entertainment by people.
header cards team members transfer research results onto post-it notes. then divide them into several groups of similar characteristic, name the groups with header cards.
the first-round header cards are

after discussions, we couldn't get any conclusion from the division. we reviewed, and found that we might have over-explained the appearances, which twists the research results. on the other hand, the first header cards were too brief to demonstrate the commons well.
under considerations above, we had the second-round as below.

insight dilemma soon after the second round of discussion, we failed to meet a conclusion, again. the final result of our review was that the original topic "being alone" being too broad. we knew we had to cut our topic into a more precise theme.

issue redefine 2.0 thankfully, we did practical research on each parts of everyday life, so that we can easily choose from one previous parts, without the need of researching again. "shopping alone" became our new topic, due to shopping containing more procedures and steps of human than the other ones.
persona first, we want our personas being able to represent nearly all types of youngsters' clothing attitudes and patterns.
thus, we used two yes/no questions to divide youngsters into 4 types.

next, we made up the personas' profile details, such as titles,names, interests, prefered brands, shopping frequences...., etc, in order to help not only the audiences but also ourselves to construct images in our minds.

we then constructed each persona's mood line chart according to user journey map. by putting 4 diagram into 1, we can easily discover several emotion peaks and pain points.
insight i. too much information to handle while shopping alone mindfully, there is too much information, shuch as price, styling, material, and more to process. customers need help of filtering options.
ii. not wanting to be judged by others being alone takes away people's confidence, when we are not sure of ourselves, or having another one's company. however, we decided not to focus on this issue, in consideration of our lack of time and ability of designing for emotional issues.
iii. our theory of buying clothes assuming that every person has a pyramid chart of preference of all clothes in a store. the part that needs help is the "kinda like it" part, where customers cannot easily decide with massive info in mind.
