CHAPTER II RIGHTS AND DUTIES ARTICLE 10 (CONFLICT OF INTEREST). Public servants shall not direct, manage, advise, sponsor, represent or provide services, paid or unpaid, to individuals or groups to manage any kind of paperwork, licenses, authorizations, concessions, privileges or attempt contracts of any kind, with institutions of public administration.

CHAPTER III PUBLIC ETHICS ARTICLE 14 째 (GIFTS and other gifts). Public servants are forbidden to accept any individual or legal entity, public or private, domestic or foreign, gifts, gifts, benefits or other gifts, designed to encourage the efforts directly or indirectly responsible or assert influence with other public servants with similar purposes, subject to criminal penalties.

ARTICLE 15 째 (EXCEPTIONS). Public servants are not barred from receiving gifts, gifts or awards protocol of governments or international organizations, under conditions in which the law or custom official support it. The Superintendent of Civil Service regulations determine the kind of present that can be incorporated into State property, as your property and value.
