The Force was a metaphysical, spiritual, binding and omnipotent power that held enormous importance for both the Jedi and Sith monastic orders. Known as ‘the Way’ in ancient times, the Force was viewed in many different aspects, the most important of which are the light side, the dark side. While the light Force is aligned with honesty, compassion, mercy, self-sacrifice, and other positive emotions. the dark Force plays on raw emotions and feelings such as anger, hatred, greed, jealousy, fear, aggression, megalomania, and unrestrained passion.

Once a heroic oic Jedi Knight Knight, Darth Vader was seduced by the dark side of the Force, became a Sith Lord, and led the Empire’s eradication of the Jedi Order. He remained in service of the Emperor -- the evil Darth Sidious -- for decades, enforcing his Master’s will and seeking to crush the fledgling Rebel Alliance. But there was still good in him.

Scheming, powerful, and evil to the core, Darth Sidious restored the Sith and destroyed the Jedi Order. Living a double life, Sidious was in fact Palpatine, a Naboo Senator and phantom menace. He slowly manipulated the political system of the Galactic Republic until he was named Supreme Chancellor -- and eventually Emperor -- ruling the galaxy through fear and tyranny.

h Hutt H was one off the h Jabba the galaxy’s most powerful gangsters, with far-reaching influence in both politics and the criminal underworld. There were no second chances with Jabba, something Han Solo would find out -- though the slug-like alien would ultimately fall victim to his own hubris and vengeful ways.

With his customized Mandalorian armor, armo deadly weaponry, and silent demeanor, Boba Fett was one of the most feared bounty hunters in the galaxy. A genetic clone of his “father,” bounty hunter Jango Fett, Boba learned combat and martial skills from a young age. Over the course of his career, which included contracts for the Empire and the criminal underworld, he became a legend.

A noble order of protectors unified by their ability to tap into the power of the light Force, the Jedi Order were the guardians of peace and justice in the Galactic Republic. The weapon of the Jedi was the lightsaber, a weapon with a blade made of pure energy. The Jedi fought for peace and justice in the Galactic Republic. The age of the Jedi ends, however, due to a nefarious plot by the Sith Lord Darth Sidious.

An ancient order of Forcewielders devoted to the dark side, the Sith practice hate, deception, and greed. Notable for their red-bladed lightsabers, black dress, and use of their aggressive feelings, the Sith look to amass power at all costs. The evil Darth Sidious, along with his apprentice Darth Vader, achieved the Sith goal of galactic conquest after a millennia of plotting.

R2-D2 and C-3PO are two droids that strike an unlikely friendship. R2D2 served Padmé Amidala, Anakin Skywalker and Luke Skywalker in turn, showing great bravery in rescuing his masters and their friends from many perils. C-3PO was a droid programmed for etiquette and protocol, built by the heroic Jedi Anakin Skywalker. Over the years, he was involved in some of the galaxy’s most defining moments and thrilling battles -- and is fluent in over six million forms of communication.

Fun Facts about Scent:

What kind of apple isn’t an apple? A pineapple.

Scientists thought that the human nose could only detect about 10,000 different smells but the results of a recent sudy at Rockefeller University showed that the nose can smell at least one trillion distinct scents. You actually smell with your brain, not your nose, as you might assume.

If a crocodile makes shoes, what does a banana make ? Slippers.

What do the cookie and the computer have in common? They both have chips.

Our sense of smell in responsible for about 80% of what we taste. Without our sense of smell, our sense of taste is limited to only five distinct sensations: sweet, salty, sour, bitter and the newly discovered “umami” or savory sensation. Green apple and cucumber scents create the impression of a larger space, while the scent of roasted meat creates the impression of closer quarters. The aroma of Green Apples can also help control appetite. Everyone has a unique smell, except for identical twins.

What did the Gingerbread Man put on his bed? A cookie sheet.

Women generally have a stronger sense of smell than men. Smelling a fragrance you perceive as pleasant has a profoundly positive effect on your mood.

How do you get a mouse to smile? Say cheese.

Each of us has scent blind spots, meaning specific odors we can’t pick up on.

Did you know? Ancient Football Did you know that football actually has Chinese origins? Around 476 BC to 221 BC, a sport called cuju was popularly played in China. The name is roughly translated as “kick the ball with foot.” The ancient Chinese stuffed feathers inside a leather ball which they kicked inside a rectangular playing field. To score a goal, they had to shoot it through a piece of cloth hung between two poles. The game became so popular because it was used by military leaders as a competitive sport to keep soldiers physically fit. As the game became more widely played, royal courts began organizing cuju matches played by professional cuju players. Teams composed of women and civilians participated in tournaments as well. Just like today’s football, cuju players were allowed to touch the ball with any part of their body except their arms and hands. Referees were present in the game to make sure that players followed the rules. Unlike modern-day football, the number of players in cuju was flexible. It could range from two to ten while in matches sponsored by the royal court, the number was usually around 12 to 16. But not all cuju matches were won by goals. In some tournaments, the games were decided by scores given to players according to how they played the game. For instance, players who made passes that were too short or who kicked the ball outside the field’s limits were penalized with point deductions. The team that had the least deductions wins. During the mid-17th Century, cuju began to decline in popularity. Its rules, however, survived throughout the ages and with some modifications became part of the modern-day game of football.

Pigeon in distress London medical workers rushed to the aid of what they thought was a collapsed woman Sunday evening, only to discover that the being in need was actually a pigeon. Due to some miscommunication, the handler who received the call assumed that the distressed was a woman. The call handler stayed on the phone giving lifesaving advice until our paramedic arrived, thinking it was a human. The caller also told the dispatcher that the bird was 25 years old. When senior paramedic Rachel Lack got to the scene, she said four people were gathered around the ailing pigeon. “They were surprised to learn that the ambulance service is for humans not animals,” she said. Unfortunately, though staff did attempt to help the pigeon, the bird did not make it. HUFFINGTONPOST.COM

Extinct species or alien screw?

A huge question mark hangs over what this 300 million-year-old object is. Russian scientists have been pondering its existence since it was found in the 1990s — with many people believing it to be proof of highly advanced lost human civilisation, aliens or a fossilised sea creature. It was discovered in the Kaluga region by researchers combing through the site of an asteroid strike. The ‘screw’ was given its age after a series of X-rays by UFO and paranormal team called the Kosmopoisk Group. Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, says, “Lots of out-ofplace artefacts have been reported, such as nails or even tools embedded in ancient stone. Some of these reports are misinterpretations of natural formations. In this case sceptics claim the screw is nothing more than the fossilised remains of a crinoid marine animal, while believers note that the screw is very different from the surrounding fossil evidence.” A majority of experts think the object is likely to be a sea creature known as a Crinoid. Some 600 species of Crinoids are now extinct but the creatures live on in different forms in modern seas. METRO.CO.UK

Pepper Hacker The Pepper Hacker grinder is a creation from food brand Dolmio’s, and on the outside, it looks like a regular pepper grinder; however, inside it has a mechanism that will allow someone to turn off devices from Wi-Fi routers, cellphones and even television sets for a full 30 minutes in an attempt to get a quiet family meal for once. For just about every tech device, the only requisite for the gadget to perform is that television sets and the like are connected to the house’s primary hub. However, the Pepper Hacker grinder is ever so slightly more complex when it comes to cellphones or tablets, as mobile devices need to have previously installed the phone management app AirWatch beforehand — so, moms around the world will have to make sure that everyone in the house has installed this before shushing phones for a decent meal. For now, the Pepper Hacker grinder is just a prototype, but the creators are hopeful that it would be available around the world really soon. TELEGRAPH.COM

103-year-old highschool graduate Marie Hunt, from Wisconsin, was unable to complete her studies after the eighth grade and left because she was unable to commute. Instead, Ms Hunt helped to raise her eight younger brothers and sisters. She would have graduated in 1928 had she not been forced to leave but now after pursuing the chance to complete her education, Ms Hunt has a diploma from River Valley High School. “It was something I always wanted and I didn’t have the opportunity to go. Now [almost] 100 years later, here I am!” she said. Ms Hunt, who lives in an assisted living home, said she was grateful for the support she received from her hospice nurse who spoke to officials. She did not mention further pursuing her studies but added she might have been university “material”. TELEGRAPH.CO.UK

Once upon a time there lived a tailor named Mr Wriggle. He was a jolly, hard-working man. He had a magical pair of scissors. He just said, “Cut a dress, scissors.” Or “Cut a suit, scissors.” With these scissors, his life was easy. His dream was to be the chief of his community. One day, a witch came to live in the cottage right next to Mr Wriggle. Her name was Green-eye. As her name suggests, she was very wicked, everyone was afraid of her. After trying everything he could think of, to get her to behave herself, the town chief miserably decided to step down. And so it was decided, whoever would get rid of the wicked witch would become the next chief. Now was Mr Wriggle’s chance! He thought for a while and then an idea struck him. He put his coat on and ran to his friend West Wind’s house. The Wind lived between the two hills, Mr Wriggle came tumbling down the hill, excited to tell West Wind his plan. “Hello, West Wind! I need you to do me a favour.” said Mr Wriggle. “Hello, Wriggle! Favours are my favourite thing!” “There is a horrid witch in our town. I want you to blow all her clothes far away from town.” “Okay!” he exclaimed. Excited to be helping his friend, West Wind rumbled and tumbled to Greeneye’s house and blew all her clothes off her washing line. “Ghastly West Wind! Look what you have done!” She said angrily.

She went to Mr Wriggle’s shop. and shrieked, “Wriggle! Make me a lot of clothes now!” “Dear me! I have a lot of work to do Green-eye, why don’t you borrow my magical scissors. You just have to tell it to do the hard parts and sow it yourself.” “Hurrah!” She said, excited to have magic scissors in her possession. But before giving the scissors, he altered the spell a little! Green-eye took the scissors and left. Mr Wriggle chuckled to himself thinking what fun it will be to hear Green-eye yelp next door. When Green-eye asked the scissors to cut her a shirt, what a surprise she got! The scissors started attacking her hair and even her boots! Green-eye had no choice but to run out of her house screaming, with the scissors following her wildly. She ran and ran until she was right at the town edge. That’s where Mr Wriggle met her, chuckeling. “Make it stop! Make it stop!” said the witch. Mr Wriggle said, “I will, but you have to promise to leave this town and never return.” “Anything, I will do anything” replied the witch. With one swift whoosh the scissors stopped chasing her and returned to their master. The witch magically disappeared and never returned. And so everyone in town cheered Mr Wriggle as their new chief.
