ETSU Homecoming 2018

We had a busy and productive Fall Semester. The College had a float in the Homecoming parade for the third year. Our theme was “One Giant Leap for Your Health Care Career.” The college is taking giant leaps in growing our academic portfolio. The faculty have been working with Dr. Lynn Williams, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, on developing three new academic program proposals. Stay tuned for updates on these exciting new degree programs! The Spring Semester is in full swing. You’ll see in this issue of Health Matters that we are having a lively and successful academic year, with the introduction of our new Department of Rehabilitative Sciences, the addition of a new advisor, and a program development trip to Washington, D.C. We are happy to announce that the Department of Rehabilitative Sciences is now up and running, and we already have a number of students who have declared an interest in the program. In addition, a group of CCRHS students is returning to Costa Rica within the coming weeks to take part in our second international interprofessional experience. Great things continue to occur in the College. We look forward to another successful year and hope you enjoy reading about our exciting news. Go Bucs!
