Program Newsletter Cardiopulmonary Science Issue 1
Hello and thank you for reading the Cardiopulmonary Science's inaugural program newsletter!
The 2017-2018 academic year has been an exciting one. The program is celebrating its 40th year at ETSU with close to 600 graduates to date. The class of 2018 is on track to be the largest graduating class in the program's history. There is much to look forward to over the next few months including the hiring of new program faculty, international travel opportunities for clinical learning, and the opening of the academic health science center's Building 60, where our students will be able to learn with and from various other health science programs at ETSU. Program faculty and students will also continue to participate in the college's outpatient ALS clinic. Our goal is to continue to produce outstanding respiratory therapists that provide exceptional care to the patients they treat.
