ACHS HOSPITAL GDN ARCHITECTS www.global-dn.com Location: Santiago, Chile. Date: 2020 / 2021 Area: 200.000 m2 Type of colaboration: Interior architect leader -The Project consist in the total renovation of the more than 80 headquarters of the ACHS Hospital in Chile. All of the head quearters have been organized and designed through a master plan that organizes the project according to the different areas to its function, providing a new and fresh visual identity. A design manual and a complete study of the different components was elaborated, in order to ensure the right projection and meet the global standards of health architecture.

WORLEY N/A www.worley.com Location: Santiago, Chile. Date: 2022 Area: 1500 m2 Type of colaboration: Interior architect -The intervention consists in the renovation of part of Worley offices. The client wanted the spirit and values of the company to be also reflected in the architecture and design of their premices. The proposal invited to rethink the different workspaces, to make them more colaborative, more flexible and fun. Sustainable materials, flexible furnitures, a new lightning scheme and the use of green and natural elements will be introduced to the project in order to achieve this goal.

Date: 2015 Area: 115 m2 -Type of Collaboration: Lead Designer Modeling, rendering and graphics Site architect Software used: Autocad, Sketchup + Vray -Vacation Home for Antiquera’s family. The house is organized in a access patio; a fire place that is directly connected with the public space of the house program. A cristal bridge connects public from private, and allows to have directionals views. Private area has a deck on the rooftop, and is the closest balcony to the sea in the area.

Crinoline structure
Design and production for the temporal exhibition in Casa de lo Matta. The collection shows the evolution of antique dresses of chilean aristocrat women, between the years 1810 and 1910. Dresses were sorted by a traslucid fabric tensed from the ceiling, inspired by a crinoline structure. The fabric, in one hand, mutiplies the space ang creates different nests that the visitor discovers as he moves foward, and on the other, makes visitors interact and be part of the scenes wih their shade projected from the other side.

The space is illuminated through an brise soleil facade, that indirectly illuminate the interior space, and allows vegetation to grow within the space. The kitchen and bar are solved in an interior volume, which organizes the seats and allows different kinds of atmospheres.

CHEB + GDN ARQUITECTOS www.cheb.cl 1st Prize in Contest Location: Santiago, Chile. Date: 2014 Area: 67.000 m2 Type of Collaboration: Facade design Modeling and rendering Software used: Photoshop, Sketchup + Vray, Autocad, Revit -The Laborer’s Hospital has a gross area of about 46,000 m2 and currently occupies a city block in the centre of Santiago opposite the Bustamante Park. Constructed over a period of time, it is a collection of independent buildings built with varying budgets, and clearly has problems of accessibility and connectivity. The extension as suggested by the Asociación Chilena de Seguridad implies a complete rethinking of the whole complex, and the need to find an architectural solution that will not paralyse the hospital’s activity.

CANVAS ARQUITECTOS www.canvasarquitectos.cl 1st Prize in Contest Location: Antofagasta, Chile. Date: 2014 Area: 42.000 m2 Type of Collaboration: Project designer Modeling and rendering and graphics Software used: 3D Max + Vray, Autocad, Photoshop -The aim of the contest is to restore and create awareness for Huanchaca mining ruins, by creating an urban strategy and incorporating new program and activities. This would give an opportuity to transofrm an abandoned construction into a tourist and cultural attraction spot of the city. By adding new program active urban space, the ruins can be positioned as a relevant important heritage monument of the city. The restoring principles were influented by John Ruskin´s philosophy on how heritage architecture should be treated. The ruin would remain the same character of its original age, and for new structures; everything that was meant to be built above the ground level would be projected in light metal srcuture, and any program below would be concieved in solid concrete walls.

CENTRO ANTÁRTICO INTERNACIONAL CARVAJAL + CASARIEGO + RIVERA www.carvajalcasariego.com Location: Punta Arenas, Chile. Date: 2017 Area: 8500 m2 Type of Collaboration: Project designer collaborator Modeling, rendering y graphics Software used: Autocad, Revit, Sketch up + Vray, Photoshop, Illustrator -Open ideas contest for the new International Antartic Center for Punta Arenas city. The concept works on generating a public space on the street level, interrupted by several large glazed prisms. This prisms, would function as a showcase for the museum exhibitions, and on the other hand, they would work as a trademark for the Center. The interior showrooms were designed for visitors in order to simulate a joruney from Punta Arenas to the antartic continent.

PUBLIC LIBRARY REPLACEMENT OF CHAÑARAL PUBLIC CONTEST Location: Chañaral, Chile. Date: 2016 Area: 1215 m2 Type of Collaboration: Lead designer Modeling, rendering y graphics Software used: Autocad, Revit, Sketch up + Vray -Open call for architects to design the new Public Library of Chañaral city. The first operation that the project considered was to remain with the actual heritage character of the site as a public town square. Secondly, was to articulate an acces patio to the library on the underground level with a long and wide staircase for not blocking the views to Chañaral church, and for remaining with the open space of the town block. Therefore, the project would be developed on three volumes: a) The access of the library on the underground level, and cafeteria and administration on the street level, b) Reading rooms on the south, c) Meeting rooms and other on the north.
