Since 1987, Tempo Libero has developed a strong local network: stakeholders are public bodies, schools, Universities, private companies, non-profit organizations. Tempo Libero designs and promotes European mobility projects on: youth exchanges, voluntary experiences, work placements, transfer and development of good practices, study holidays, Italian language classes and consulting services.

What are the activities and experience of the organisation in the areas relevant for this application? Our experience in the field of international mobility extends to a wide range of type of projects (internships in Italy and abroad, European Voluntary Service, language courses for foreign students, transfer of innovative practices, partnerships, exchanges of youth training period for professionals) and covers a variety of topics dealing with three central themes: formal and non formal education, employability, social cohesion. Our main target includes either young people and professionals (teachers, trainers, counsellors, operators of international mobility, etc.). We work in partnership with schools, vocational training centres, companies, universities, local bodies and associations. We have developed an extensive experience in organizing work placements for young Europeans. Our network of host organizations is constantly evolving and covers all the occupational sectors . It consists of companies, public institutions and organizations of the social economy. Our aim is to enable young people to achieve proper training experiences matching with their profile and their career plan. This is the reason why the research of work placements, monitoring and evaluation are crucial steps in our work.

The research internships usually begins 2-3 months before the arrival of the young people and it includes several stages: - Collecting documents forwarded by sending organisations (Identity and European health card, CV and cover letter); - Interviews by Skype/telephone with the candidates in order to explore their expectations, to acquire more information about their skills, including language skills; - Identification of the type of work placement matching with their expectations and profile. The work placements are organized in accordance with regional regulations (regional Deliberation 825 of 25/10/2013): educational aims, tasks, work placement conditions (duration, working hours) as well as other useful elements for work placement’s management (civil liability and accidents insurance, etc) are described in the articles of the agreements between Tempo Libero and the hosting organisations. At the end of the work placement, we produce the evaluation documents, and , if requested, the Europass. Tempo Libero organises several meetings in order to monitor the experiences, to facilitate participants’ integration and to provide opportunities to discover the local community. Tempo Libero’s team is experienced in using ECVET approach and can therefore help to promote the recognition of the learning outcomes. An additional service offered to the participant may be guidance sessions issued by the counsellors working in our organisation. Our services include:  Accommodation: self catering apartments or hosting families;  Welcoming day: the participants are welcomed by our staff upon their arrival.
