INSPIRING STUDENT CONFERENCES

Day 1: Travel by rail or coach into the heart of the capital. Learn about the business of sport at a Chelsea Football Club Business Presentation. Enjoy a pre-theatre meal and a West End Show.

Day 1: Arrive in Prague. Once checked in head out on a Guided Walking Tour of the city ending in a meal in a local restaurant.

Day 1: Cross the channel, travelling by coach to Brussels. Learn about the monetary system at the National Bank of Belgium.

Day 1: Arrive in the Big Apple! Drop off your bags and head up the Top of the Rock for 360º views of Manhattan.

Business LIVE! is a fantastic opportunity to bring the curriculum to life and inspire your students’ future careers. Expert and live speaker presentations aim to bring key curriculum topics to life and provide students with access to information and case studies that they can’t find in a text book.

Day 2: Head into the City and get to grips with the country’s finances at a Bank of England presentation and tour. Follow this with a business workshop at St Paul’s Cathedral for a different perspective.

Day 3: Head over to Old Park Lane for a brand new educational workshop at Hard Rock Café. Choose from Sales & Marketing or Visual Merchandising & Retail, followed by a Q&A session, tour and lunch. Afterwards, take your students to experience the new “When Brands Make a Stand” exhibition at the Museum of Brands.

Day 4: Pay a visit to a London based Fashion company, for a tour which includes the development and design process. They will also discuss innovations in the fashion industry, ethics and sustainability. Get a last glimpse of London’s main sights on a Thames Cruise before you leave for home.

Day 2: Take a journey out of the city to visit the Skoda Car Plant where you will get to see this modern car plant in action.

Contrast this with a visit to the traditional artisan factory Ruckl Glassworks. Round off the day at an ice-hockey game.

Day 3: Listen to a lecture at the CERGE Institute tailored to your group before visiting a power plant in the afternoon.

Wind down with an evening meal followed by a cruise on River Vltava.

Day 4: Learn more about Prague’s history at the Museum of Communism with free time souvenir shopping before you return home later in the day.

Day 2: Head to Antwerp for a day of immersive business visits. Visit Coca Cola’s European production and distribution centre and then on to the Port of Antwerp, the gateway into Europe for imports and exports. Relax with a meal at a local restaurant.

Day 3: See how Belgium’s most famous exports are produced. Start at In Bev Brewery home to the famous Stella beer brand before visiting Concept Chocolate where students get to tour the production facility as well as sample this famous treat.

Day 4: Free time exploring the Atomium before boarding your coach home with time at Cite Europe outside Calais for shopping on the way.

Day 2: A guided walking tour of the Financial District gets your bearings before a tour of the Federal Reserve Bank. Round off the day seeing a sports match at the iconic Madison Square Gardens.

Day 3: Go behind the scenes at Macy’s department store before a Circle Line sightseeing cruise gives you the chance to see all the city’s iconic sites.

Day 4: Learn about the business of tourism at Madame Tussauds, then last-minute souvenir shopping before heading to the airport.

Day 5: Early morning arrival in the UK, tired and inspired!

1ST MARCH 2021 Disneyland Paris offers the perfect secure environment.

To complement the speaker conference, students complete workbook challenges in the Parks making the event an immersive educational experience aimed at seeing Business in action.
