The process
❶ Take the frozen dough balls out of the box.

❷ Place the frozen dough balls in a tray.

❸ Make sure that there is enough space between the frozen dough balls.
• Reduction costs; minimize waste
❹ When the frozen dough balls have been placed, do NOT move the trays. ❺ Let the dough rise in a refrigerator for a minimum of 48 hours. ❻ Let the dough rest for a minimum of 1 hour
