Work Experience
Tillotson Design Associates Spring 2018 New York, NY
Tillotson Design is a lighting design firm in New York. Through this internship I got to be apart of multiple design teams working on different projects across the US. I got to communicate with many different architecture firms that we were working with on these projects. I worked with different softwares such as Revit, Autocad, Photoshop, and AGI. I also helped create many mock-ups to test our lighting designs to show the architecture firms our ideas.
Bruns General Contracting Summer 2017 Troy, OH
Bruns is a construction company that creates commercial, residential, and religious buildings. I helped with making multiple renderings with Sketchup and Lumion. I called businesses to get material samples for the different projects that they had at the time. I also visited project sites and talked to clients about questions or problems they have with the project.
Choeff Levy Fischman Fall 2018 Miami, FL.
Choeff Levy Fischman is a high end residential firm located in Miami, Florida. My responsibilities included creating renderings and architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations etc.) for design review board packages. I introduced Lumion to this firm and had the opportunity to create video walk throughs for clients to view their projects in more detail.
Champlin Architecture Summer 2019 Cincinnati, OH
Champlin Architecture is an architecture firm in Cincinnati, OH, that does work in civic, healthcare, higher education, workplace, and worship projects. I had the opportunity to work on many different projects from healthcare to higher education and did my work in Revit. I also had the opportunity to go on site visits and communicate with engineers and contractors on the job.

Chabad Miami Temple Choeff Levy Fischman
The Chabad Miami Temple was one of the first projects I got to work on with Choeff Levy Fischman (CLF). Due to most of CLF’s work being very modern high end residential projects this was their take on creating a Temple located on Miami beach. For this project I got to put together the design review board package which includes architectural drawings, renderings, and area calculations to meet the code for Miami Beach. I also had the opportunity to attend multiple design review board meetings that I made the packages for.

Video Renderings While working at Choeff Levy Fischman I was able to introduce to them how to create video walk throughs of their projects using Lumion. I used sketchup to create the 3d models and then brought those models into Lumion to render and animate a walk through of the projects. The clients enjoyed the videos so much that CLF is now implementing these videos into their regular practice. 32

Nest Capstone Studio
37
Nest is a group of developers who are trying to provide affordable housing for Northside Cincinnati. Our studio is being used to study different variables in housing that work best for providing affordable housing in this part of Cincinnati. We created a matrix that picks the different variables for each of us to design around and as the studio moves forward, we will choose which designs would be best to move forward into being a potential design to actually be constructed in Northside.

My project focused on the live/work program that I got in the matrix. I seperated my house into two parts, in the front is the working/ studio space and in the back is the living space. I separated these spaces with my garage and added separate entrances to each of these spaces so anyone can enter them without having to walk through any other spaces. In order to get from the living space to working space on the inside it is required to go upstairs through the connecting threshold.

In the second phase of this we chose projects that we wanted to combine and would work the bestCOMPONENTS together. We decided to pair my ACCESSIBILITY SUSTAINABLE SYSTEMS ROOFLINE ROOFLINE ROOFLINE STREET OCCUPANCY TYPE than separating the program like mine project with another project that used the garage as a way to create outdoor spaces rather didATTITUDE and this is the result that we got. 44 ACCESSIBILITY COMPONENTS

Poetry Foundation The Poetry foudation is about creating a building in the context of Washington Park. I decided to continue with the same theme as the Poetics of Movement project and base this building off of the same Zaha Hadid quote, “Architecture is not only about shelter...it should be able to excite you, calm you, and make you think. 49

Alms Addition The alms building was my first project that introduced me to the process of creating an addition to an existing building. I analyzed the site, took measurements, and created multiple iterations of the building in order to reach my final product which was in the manner of the Eames House and in context to the Aronoff building.

Folly The folly was our first project where we had to construct a 1:1 model. The purpose of a folly was to create a space for students to go to and interact with on campus. Our folly was designed to have shaded spaces and open spaces with multiple places to sit. We reached our final folly design by combining three different iterations of models made at a1:12 scale. 59
