Tillotson Design is a lighting design firm in New York. Through this internship I got to be apart of multiple design teams working on different projects across the US. I got to communicate with many different architecture firms that we were working with on these projects I worked with different softwares such as Revit, Autocad, Photoshop, and AGI. I also helped create many mock-ups to test our lighting designs to show the architecture firms our ideas.

Bruns is a construction company that creates commercial, residential, and religious buildings. I helped with making multiple renderings with Sketchup and Lumion. I called businesses to get material samples for the different projects that they had at the time. I also visited project sites and talked to clients about questions or problems they have with the project.

Bruns General Contracting These are renderings that I made while working at Bruns General Contracting in Troy, Ohio using Sketchup and Lumion.
Poetics of Movement The directive of this assignment was to develope a spacial study and spacial progression of a ‘departure-arrival’ sequence within an urban context. The building I created was based off of a Zaha Hadid quote, “I dont think architecture is only about shelter, it is about a very simple enclosure. It should be able to excite you, calm you, and make you think.” My building portrays this quote by creating different experiences of the environment around it in different parts of the building.

Poetry Foundation
The Poetry foudation is about creating a building in the context of Washington Park. I decided to continue with the same theme as the Poetics of Movement project and base this building o of the same Zaha Hadid quote, “Architecture is not only about shelter...it should be able to excite you, calm you, and make you think. 7 Gallery

Alms Addition The alms building was my first project that introduced me to the process of creating an addition to an existing building. I analyzed the site, took measurements, and created multiple iterations of the building in order to reach my final product which was in the manner of the Eames House and in context to the Aronoff building.

Folly The folly was our first project where we had to construct a 1:1 model. The purpose of a folly was to create a space for students to go to and interact with on campus. Our folly was designed to have shaded spaces and open spaces with multiple places to sit. We reached our final folly design by combining three different iterations of models made at a1:12 scale. 21

Line Cube The purpose of the line cube was to build a space out of simple lines that can keep ones eye intrigued. To do so, I designed it to look as if there is a oating cube inside of it and I had multiple lines that lead your eye through that center point. 23
