BELU GA TOWER The Beluga Towers is a (literal bridge / connection) to social distancing while begin deeply engaged in city life. Its concept and residential areas, represented in 2 volumes, helping to properly perform the Towers’s original function. The aim is to reduce construction area size, allowing a larger embarkment along the river and thereby leaving more public space. Beluga’s towers features 2 level bridges allowing pedestrians and cars from and to Moscow City.

Key to these forms is a relationship of the buildings to the environment and the contextual forces that shape the form development and environmental behaviour. Voids between buildings allow for air to ventilate and passively cool in response to local climatic extremes.

CELLS
Individual cells with the characteristics of caviar were designed as a mobile cylinder plexiglass partition, to create a physically and mentally safe work environment. While connected to a trail it gives an opportunity to separate yourself with 3.5 sq m per personal work space. A personal work cylinder helps to follow social distancing restrictions and respect each

others personal boundaries, but also allow natural light to reach each corner thanks to it’s transparent and open nature.

TORRE DE MEROLA REDEVELOPMET The object of reconstruction is the abandoned ruins of a 15th-century castle. The concept is focused on preserving the historical heritage at its current state to connect the past with the present. The spa hotel aims to pin a new recreation destination in the heart of Catalonia. The complex consists of 2 hotel buildings designed for 20 spacious rooms connected by a system of courtyard terraces. Hotel blocks are divided into volumes in such a way that the privacy of each room is vineyards opens up from any point in the terrace zone.

The project preserves the integrity of the historic city center. The idea is to set up a park in the middle of a cobbled street in the historic part of Brussels with a small construction on the side. area with a restaurant and an auditorium underneath. Light openings in the ceiling pointing out key points of the exposure creating a guiding pattern. Curved walls are designed to of movement which takes visitors back to the park, thereby avoiding the crowds in the main building.
