In the salon, we boost morale, spirit, and over all well-being. It’s a place where guests come to be lifted up! Our job as stylists is to make our cli ents feel their absolute best not only physically, but emotionally, too. It is extremely rewarding to see clients leave standing taller, smiling bigger, and even sometimes crying happy tears.
To those cosmetology graduates beginning your journey in this fulfilling profession, you’ll find that your job in the salon is one of a kind. Not only do you get to utilize your artistic ability to give those in your chair fantastic new hair, but you also give them confidence. Stylists are an asset to their guests. We teach them how to manage their hair through our professional knowledge. We listen when they need someone. We offer a hug or reassurance when we see fit. We form a connection, a bond, a friendship with our clients that is personal and gratifying.
