Secure, affordable housing is critical to improving the lives and wellbeing of vulnerable Australians. Our primary goal in relation to our residents is to help them gain skills that will improve their social participation, health, and ability to maintain a tenancy.

Delivering quality housing, tenancy, and property services to meet our residents’ requirements is a core service outcome for Evolve Housing. To this end, we continue to monitor tenancy satisfaction levels and refine our asset and tenancy management practices with the aim of exceeding industry benchmarks.
