The number of sales in third quarter of 2024 have taken a downward trajectory in comparison to Q3 of 2023, with only Panama City Beach showing an increase in sales. When it comes to assessing the average sales price, the few communities that showed an increase compared to this time last year included Inlet Beach, Seacrest, Seagrove and Grayton Beach. Most notably, Inlet Beach saw a staggering increase in average sales price from $2.6 Million to $4.4 Million between Q2 and Q3 of this year, with a 103 percent increase compared to Quarter 3 of 2023.

The average sales price of gulf-front detached singlefamily homes on Scenic 30A saw a massive jump between Q2 and Q3 from roughly $10 Million to $17.6 Million. This jump was due in large part to the sale of a gulf front estate in Paradise By The Sea for a staggering $28.5 Million.
