RATES EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2020

A Golf Membership entitles the member to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. Golf Members are not charged greens fees or court fees for the use of the golf and tennis facilities but are required to pay golf cart fees or annual trail fees. Golf Members are entitled to reserve golf tee times seven days in advance of play, and tennis court times six days in advance of play. Greens fees included. Membership privileges are not assignable.

SPORTS MEMBERSHIP

RATES EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2020

A Sports Membership entitles the member to use all of the tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. Sports Members are not charged court fees. Sports Members are entitled to reserve tennis court times six days in advance of play. In addition, Sports Members shall be entitled to use the golf facilities up to six times during the season, from November 1st to April 30th each year, upon payment of greens fees and golf cart fees. Sports Members are also entitled to unlimited golf play during the off-season, upon payment of golf cart fees. Sports Members are entitled to reserve golf tee times seven days in advance of play.

Member has unlimited use of the driving range and putting facility during off-season, May 1st through October 31st. In addition, when using one of the six (6) allotted golf plays during season, from November 1st to April 30th, and upon payment of applicable fees, the Sports Member may use the driving range and putting facility. Membership privileges are not assignable.

NON-MEMBER ACCESS & PARAMETERS Non-members enjoy the Facilities in accordance with the sponsoring Member’s access and the Club’s current Guest Program. Due to COVID-19, guest access and programs have been modified. Please call (561) 776-4949 to inquire about the current program. Visitor access to homes is not impacted when guest access to the Club is restricted.

VILLAGE & MASTER ASSOCIATION FEES All Mirasol title owners are Members of their Village Association and the Mirasol Master Maintenance Association “MMMA”. The MMMA maintains the property outside of the community gates and oversees the Architectural Review Committee for exterior property changes. Capital contribution fees and association dues and assessments for the Village Association and the MMMA are required of each title owner.

Villages and the MMMA have contracted Lang Management for the association management. Please contact Lang at (800) 766-7844 for the Village & MMMA required association fees.

MEMBERSHIP DEFINED The “family unit” enjoys membership benefits after screening and approval: one title owner, their spouse or significant other, and their unmarried children under the age of 24. Access for a companion of an unmarried title owner is provided after screening and approval terms are met.

Prices do not reflect 7% sales tax required by the State of Florida. Equity Bond and Renovation Charges are not subject to the 7% sales tax. The Property Owners’ Association requires a one-time Capital Infrastructure Fee of $5,000 plus $3,600 per year in addition to all Club fees. Spyglass Area-Lang Management fee of $2,960 is in addition to the Property Owners’ Association fees and all Club fees.

The initiation fee must be submitted with the membership application. A non-refundable $300 processing fee payable to Stonebridge Country Club must accompany the membership application. A copy of the seller/buyer contract, membership application, initiation fee and application fee must be received by the Club at least one month prior to closing. The initiation fee will be held in escrow until the date of closing. If closing does not take place this deposit shall be refunded in full. ALL MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERS MUST BE HANDLED THROUGH THE CLUB. What golf privileges do Standard Equity Members have?

In Season (October 14–May 15) 7 golf usages (limited to 1x per week) Monday-Thursday anytime Friday-Sunday & Holidays after 12:00 noon

Off Season (May 16–October 13) 14 golf usages (not limited to 1x per week) Tuesday-Thursday anytime Friday-Sunday & Holidays after 12:00 noon

Advance Tee times – Standard members may request tee times two (2) days in advance through the Golf Pro Shop.

Additional Golf Benefits for Standard Equity Members Golf Family Plan – Standard members may play golf with their children who are in high school or younger during the times listed below. Parents pay greens and cart fees, but it is not counted against their golf usage. Children are complimentary.

• After 10:30 a.m. Monday–Thursday • After 12:00 noon Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays Driving Range Privileges – Use during the times listed below does not count towards golf usage for Standard members.

Food & Beverage Minimum Requirements

Regular Dining, Special Food & Beverage Events, Club Functions and Catered Banquets will apply towards your annual Food & Beverage Minimum requirement.

Please Note: •

The annual Food & Beverage Minimum requirement must be used within the fiscal year starting November 1 and ending October 31.

•

Any unused minimum will be billed to your member account at the end of the fiscal year plus 7.0% FL sales tax.

•

Golf, Tennis and Fitness programs with packaged food and beverage service will not apply towards your minimum requirement (e.g. Member/Guest Tournaments).

•

“To Go” orders will apply toward your Food & Beverage Minimum requirement.

•

7.0% FL sales tax plus a 20% gratuity or delivery charges do not apply towards your Food & Beverage Minimum requirement.

•

As the end of the fiscal year approaches you are encouraged to make dining reservations well in advance by calling the Concierge at (561) 995-5200.

•

You may log on with your username and password to the Club’s website at www.woodfield.org under the “My Club Account” tab to view your minimum balance online or call the Accounting Department.

•

Your minimum balance is printed on every monthly statement.
