Our art editor Sally shared this yummy and easy recipe with us and we couldn’t wait to share it with you, don’t eat it all at once!

Put your 8 ounces of digestive biscuits into a plastic bag & bash with a rolling pin or spoon till it’s all crumbs.

Take the pan off the heat and add your packet of raisins or sultanas. Add as many as you fancy!
1 bar plain cooking chocolate 4 ounces margarine 8 ounces digestive biscuits 1 wooden spoon 2 saucepans 1 small tray

Put the pan on a low heat (ask an adult) and add your butter, cocoa powder and sugar together. Stir till melted!

Carefully add some biscuit crumbs to the mix and stir. Add the rest of the mix gradually, stirring in between.
5.
Use a bit of foil and margerine to lightly grease your tin or tray.

Pour your chocolate biscuit mix into the tray and spread evenly. We find it’s easiest to use a fork at this point.
7.
Put your biscuit cake into the fridge and leave for 30 to 40 minutes.
8.
After 40 mins put some water on a hot stove. While waiting for the water to boil, break up the chocolate into a separate pan.

Put the pan with the chocolate on top of the boiling water and stir until the chocolate has completely melted.

Carefully spread the melted chocolate over the now cold biscuit cake.

Put back in the fridge for a further 30 minutes. then cut into squares and enjoy!

Grab a small piece of hair and start to twist. Keep twisting until it is tight enough. Use small rubber band type hairbands to secure.
