Coil-on-Plug Enhancement for gasoline engines with coil-on-plug ignition system The ignition system of gasoline fueled combustion engines have been revised several times by the car manufacturers but ever since in history (after the time of Tesla) changes is not for the good of the majority of us. From history, the ignition system has been intentionally crippled, yes you read it right “crippled, to avoid better fuel efficiency. One of the ways made for one not be able to make easy improvement on the ignition system is the use of the coil-on-plug design. This design creates an even more restricted form from anyone with knowledge on ignition system to make improvements for better fuel efficiency and lesser air pollution. However, with the knowledge of nano technology shared by the Keshe Foundation, it becomes easier for anyone to make enhancement on this coil-on-plug ignition systems. It is safe and easy to implement and require cheap and available materials without compromising anything. The image on the right shows a typical coil-on-plug ignition coil with rubber boot removed which attaches directly on top of a spark plug on a combustion engine. This is now commonly found on newer engines and mostly of similar size.

One need to make a coil like the one on the right, a solid copper wire gauge number 18. The outer size of the coil is 1 cm. This wire is wound on a 5/16 rod, number of turns is 9 including the part that is folded in the middle.

Make four of them and nano coat them by fire three times.

Insert one coil in the rubber boot that it will touches the spring contact on the coil. This spring is there to insure constant contact with the spark plug so make sure your coil will also allow some spring movement.

Replace back the rubber boot on the coil and check that the nano coated coil will not block the spark plug. The nano coated coil once in placed is held by the rubber boot, thus, it will not fall off and only the center of the nano coated coil will be in contact with the spark plug and the spring. From here, you are ready to put this coil-on-plug device back to the engine and start enjoying better engine performance. With plasma energy from the fields interaction on the nano materials on the nano coated copper, every time there is a spark on the spark plug, it is seen as a drain by the plasma from thousands of volts to zero and plasma will simply flow towards the spark plug. With this we are able to extract more energy from the same charge of fuel, thus, reducing unburned fuel and reducing air pollution. This is a safe enhancement for it is applied on the output side of the ignition system which is the spark plug side which already have several thousands of volts that creates the spark. This side of the ignition system is isolated from the car main electrical system for every time a high voltage is sent out toward the spark plug, that side of the circuit is already cut off. Should you have a difficulty in implementing this on your car, have a professional help you. Credits goes to the Keshe Foundation for sharing the knowledge of creating nano materials and to the people in the Philippines who tirelessly doing research on making improvements to reduce pollution done by the combustion engines.
