Happy FY 2022 - 2023 South Central Tennessee!

The past year has been an exciting time for the Tourism Industry and SCTTA. We are blessed to be in the most beautiful state in the country, full of opportunities and growth. Our region has become one of the most sought-after destinations for not only visiting but for making it home!

I sincerely can not describe how excited I am for our region and all of the amazing opportunities coming our way this upcoming year. Over the past year and a half, SCTTA has continued to position itself with the right content, branding, and partnerships to accelerate growth and scale to the demand. By equipping SCTTA with the tools to assist local businesses, attractions, and DMOs, we can now help you create and provide professional content at a dramatically discounted rate.

In this year’s “Menu of Services” booklet you will find several examples of the growth and scalability of the services I mention. Our goal is for each to assist each DMO with telling the amazing stories of our region.

With these tools, we can help you deliver the impact and professionalism that your community deserves.

Website Development

Full-Service Website with click-throughs to Experiences, Dining, Shopping, Lodging, Local Blog, Live Here (Become a Tennessean), Downtown (Downtown Tennessee), and local resources like the city page, chamber, events, etc.

The primary page includes: Community Video, Top Local Stops, Travel Inspiration (blog), Top Stops around the region, and a "Welcome Home" section to discuss livability and moving to the area.

SCTTA will not only update and service page but will also provide training for local management.

Social Content Strategy + Posting

6 posts per week + social media strategy & management + scheduling - $6,400 Annually 4 posts per week + social media strategy & management + scheduling - $5,200 Annually 2 posts per week + social media strategy & management + scheduling - $3,500 Annually Each package includes the management of both Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Our strategy includes local sessions with your team annually to brainstorm content ideas and understand any specific needs of your community.

SCTTA also monitors social trends and develops content to utilize social platform features like reels and stories.

These packages also help develop larger photo and video content libraries for communities. We also encourage you to provide a "paid media" budget of at least $25 a week.

Tell the story of your community with Experience Tennessee Journalism packages.

Create the narrative and vibe that you want your community to emanate with professional journalism and content development.

Each package includes a strategy session with SCTTA to develop a strategy for your community content.

Additionally, each story will be shared with our tourism partners (TDTD, Nashville's Big Back Yard) and will be distributed through our network or local and regional media organizations.

Bold visuals are the key to tourism and destination marketing. SCTTA Photography Packages take the guesswork out of developing a photo library. With our pricing structure, you are able to customize shoots to meet your needs without wasting time and money.

1 Day of Shooting = $330 | Every 10 Edited Photos + ALL Raws = $170 1 Day with 10 Edits & Raws = $ 500 1 Day with 20 Edits & Raws = $ 670 2 Days with 20 Edits & Raws = $ 900

Videography

Video is the most effective way to capture your audience's attention online. With our video package we take the content we develop and provide versions useful on different platforms.

Each SCTTA Videography package includes a free strategy meeting with the SCTTA Video Team, one :60 or :90 second full length video, and four :10 or :15 second clips for social media usage.

SCTTA now offers full-service marketing packages to take your organization to the next level. Work with our team to develop a strategy that works best for your community's needs. While you can build your own fullservice plan from the services listed in this booklet, we do have recommended annual services that provide the most value.
