LEON PIERRE RUSANGANWA Leon Pierre Rusanganwa, 32 years old, holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Independent University of Kigali (ULK) in Management. He has undertaken a Master of Business Economy in the University of ANNAMALAI in India. Leon Pierre has been Executive secretary of Rwanda NGO Forum on AIDS and Health Promotion since 2007. He is interested in Business Development, which he was oriented since 2004 when he created HIPEM company in Kigali City, the capital of Rwanda. He occupied the post of Behavior change and social marketing project Manager since 2010 in the Private Sector Federation (PSF), the Former Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he participate in the Private Sector program development against HIV and other ISTIs, and fight against undesired pregnancies. Leon Pierre is the founder of Community Socio-Economic Development Initiatives (CSDI) with core objective to contribute to the National effort to support various vulnerable groups in terms of income generating activities development. He participated in groups and discussions dealing with justice but related to vulnerable people in particular. He is passionate about human rights, he’s motto is “Live to serve”. Leon Pierre is dedicated to Business Development through Technical, Vocational, Education and Training (TVET) to decrease the number of job thinkers and increase food security rate in the countries. Side by side he is also committed to poverty alleviation from Rwanda and globally at large through handling microcredit as an effective tool.
