Advertising and editorial media exposure The Bucket List Expo was promoted through a number of media channels, including newspaper, television, radio and PR channels. Newspaper A range of advertisements ran in leading metropolitan newspapers, including The Bucket List Expo’s media partner, The Australian, in the lead-up to the expo. Medium strip advertisements (92mm x 262mm) ran in the Sunday Mail for two weeks prior to the expo, February 8 and 15, 2015. Three M3x2 (92mm x 85mm) advertisements ran in the Courier Mail in the lead-up to the expo, February 11, 17 and 19, 2015. Six M4x8 (124mm x 372mm) advertisements ran in The Bucket List Expo’s media partner, The Australian, in the weeks leading up to the expo, February 11, 13, 17, 18, 19 and 20, 2015.

Television The Bucket List Expo appeared on prime time commercial television, on Channel 10’s The Project, during the ‘Metro Whip’ segment on Friday, February 20, 2015. The Project is broadcast nation-wide and regularly achieves ratings between 450,000 and 600,0001. Source: Sydney Morning Herald

Radio 30 second adverts were aired on a number of metropolitan radio stations, including 4BC/BH, Classic Hits, Mix 97.3 and B105, from the week commencing February 8, 2015. There were also 30 second live reads that aired on 4BC/BH and Magic 882, from the week commencing February 15, 2015.

Public Relations Publicity was outsourced to boutique PR agency, A Little Extra, who devised a targeted publicity campaign to deliver The Bucket List Expo’s message through media releases, media events and news events.
