Michael has been in road crash rescue for 26 years. He is the Unit Controller for the Morwell SES Unit which is the busiest road rescue unit in eastern Victoria and is also on the Technical Committee for the Australasian Road Rescue Organisations (ARRO).
Group Captain Dave Thiele is currently the Director of Domestic and Regional Operations at Headquarters Joint Operations Command having arrived in January, 2014.

Having joined the RAAF in 1980, he subsequently graduated from No 61 Navigator Course in November of 1982. He has accrued over 3000 hours flying both HS 748NT and P 3C Orion aircraft.

For more than 20 years Lyndall Milenkovic has been designing, implementing and managing risk, safety and emergency plans for some of the world’s largest public venues and events, government departments and medium and large corporations.
Luke Robinson, Platinum Event and Risk Services Topic: Risk and Emergency Management Arrangements for Public Events and Mass Gatherings. Luke has a broad background in operational event production and risk and crowd management. He has worked on a diverse range of projects, including the Sydney 2000 Olympic games, Australian International Music Festival (Executive Director 1998 – 2001) and the 21st World University Games (Opening ceremony) in Beijing, China. He was also the Public Event Manager and Health and Safety Officer for the Red Bull Air Race. In addition, Luke held the position of Manager: Strategy and Major Projects for the Economic Development Directorate of the ACT Government from May 2012 until October 2013.
