INTERNATIONAL JEWELLERY FAIR SUPPORTERS Our partnerships create strong working environments to ensure that the JAA International Jewellery fair is constantly evolving to be relevant to the needs of the industry. In Australia, the event is endorsed by the Jewellers Association of Australia (JAA), Jeweller Magazine, Showcase Jewellers, Nationwide and Leading Edge Jewellers. We also work closely with other industry bodies to develop rich fair content – Gemmological Association of Australia (GAA), National Council of Jewellery Valuers (NCJV) and the Gold and Silversmiths Guild of Australia (GSGA).

VENUE: Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island Located on Sydney’s magnificent harbour foreshore near the ANZAC Bridge, this brand new venue offers contemporary pop-up cafes, captivating views of Sydney harbour and scheduled transport on show days. Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island is just minutes from all the excitement and attractions of Darling Harbour. Catch a theatre performance, dine by the water, visit the aquarium or stay in your favourite harbourside hotel after the show!

SECURITY AND REGISTRATION Security is of paramount importance. We have a Strategic Security Consultancy firm who has worked on the fairs for many years and knows the Jewellery Fairs inside out. They have developed strong relationships with local security providers, state police and federal police. A tailored security program for the 2014 event is underway ensuring a safe and secure buying environment is delivered.

As part of the registration process, attendees need to demonstrate that they are active jewellery retailers or members of the JAA. We strongly recommend that attendees register prior to the event, to ensure smooth access to the fair. Our registration process delivers a qualified audience whilst ensuring the least amount of risk.

A schedule of advertising will run in the major trade publication, Jeweller Magazine. The campaign also includes inserts tailored to both Australia and New Zealand.

The event website is a comprehensive resource for the event which details exhibitor listings, amenities, features and links to accommodation, as well as a portal to online pre-event registration.

-- Email invitations for your customers can be sent by us, or we can provide you with invitation templates. -- An event logo with your Stand No. will be provided for you to include on all company email correspondence in the lead up to the event. -- For select customers, we can provide fast-track registration as part of the Nominated Buyers Group. -- Premium jewellers, chain stores, and multi stores will receive special invitations. -- Web Banners will be made available to you for inclusion on your company website.

TELEMARKETING In the final weeks prior to the event, a telemarketing campaign will be conducted, issuing a personal invitation to attend the fair and facilitating the provision of further information. PUBLIC RELATIONS A series of press releases will be sent to Trade Media. Jeweller Magazine, our official media sponsor, will run a preview of the Fair in the months and weeks prior, including a comprehensive “Show & Tell” covering the majority of exhibitors.

This will be a high quality glossy magazine and will include the floorplan, a company listing and product category listings. You can also list your company under multiple categories.
