Where’s Santa This Christmas?
The Enchanted Christmas at Westonbirt Arboretum Take a magical stroll through the trees this festive season at Westonbirt Arboretum as The Enchanted Christmas returns for another year. A new lighting design has been created so visitors can explore different specimens, paths and vistas in the tree collection, under the beauty of the night sky. The famous event will run from 29th November - 22nd December, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening from 5pm - 8.30pm (last admission at 7.15pm). There will be festive market stalls and food - from roast chestnuts to traditional sweets, warming drinks and hog roast. NEW underground Christmas adventure Another spectacular Clearwell Caves classical Christmas creation. It’s a charming story about a Christmas tree that just doesn’t want to be uprooted by a family who wish to have it for their festive decorations. Come and see their crazy story unfold. From Saturday 30 November until Christmas Eve, Children see Santa in his real underground grotto, choose a present, then follow delightful displays telling the enchanting story of ‘The Perfect Christmas Tree’ created through nine impressive caverns. The displays are the creation of children’s book illustrator Heather Holland, who has worked with Clearwell Caves staff to create spectacular festive displays. A magical Winter Wonderland awaits you Illuminate your imagination this Christmas at Winter Wonderland. Sit in the hand crafted ash sleigh, meet Santa and who knows, maybe Comet the young reindeer will come to say hello.
