Our experienced and nurturing staff are ready to welcome children ages 6-weeks to 3-years old, giving mom and dad some vacation time to enjoy on their own. Need an hour for a massage? A half day for a zip line canopy tour? Or maybe a full day to do … anything you want to do? Your kids will LOVE Summer Fun University®, and here are 5 reasons why ... ADVENTURES. It’s Challenge by Choice in our comfortable, supportive environment. Younger kids mix it up with crafts, active play, and pool time — all with an emphasis on connection to nature & community. Older kids are free to choose performance in Sound & Stage, outdoor challenges in Nature & Hiking, or Arts & Crafts. Try something new or stick with what’s familiar. The whole point is to have fun! NEW FRIENDS. Nothing brings people together more than shared experiences, and our counselors are trained to get your kids settled in and happy with ice-breakers and team-building games. The camp day is all about having fun and building memories — be prepared to meet your child’s new best friend at the end of the day! COOL COUNSELORS. Our creative counselors set a schedule for the day but leave room for discovery and the unexpected. Creature Feature might prompt a visit to the Nature Center or a game of Disc Golf might lead to the identification of old Apple Trees (and climbing them to retrieve discs) … Our counselors rock at guiding your kids’ exploration projects! (And what’s not to love about someone whose skill set includes everything from insect ID to tie-die to kayaking?)
WATER PLAY, EVERY DAY! All camp groups enjoy water play as part of their day. Our youngest campers tubefloat through Little Smugglers’ Lagoon or ride down the Turtle Slide, sized just for them. Older kids hike to Bootleggers' Basin for swimming, sliding down the Zoom Flume and other sports. Pool and waterslide activities in our camps are matched to each child’s swimming abilities and are carefully supervised by our counselors and lifeguards—so moms and dads can have peace of mind. Our mountain biking school offers camps, clinics, and special sessions for all ages and abilities. You’ll find beginner and intermediate level skills parks, mountain bike trails and more challenging single track right on property. The nearby Lamoille Valley Rail Trail offers 33 miles of scenic biking along the Lamoille River. Smugglers’ mountain biking center offers rentals to support all needs, from balance bikes for the youngest beginner riders to full suspension premium models for experts!
Disc golf provides fun, easy recreation and competition for anyone who loves the outdoors! Families enjoy the convenient location and ease of play of the 9-hole Village 9 course. Our two 18-hole courses, Brewster Ridge and Fox Run Meadows, are spread over 40 acres of woods and meadows, highlighting some of Smugglers’ most beautiful natural features. Both courses support all levels of play and have received acclaim from players from novice to pro level. Learn to play or hone your skills in a clinic or family session with our disc golf coaches!

Designed to educate, entertain, and inspire, ArborTrek’s guided Zip Line Canopy Tour is guaranteed to provide nature lovers and thrill seekers with an experience they will never forget. Following a mountain brook high above Smugglers’ Village, the tour descends through a forest of hemlock, white birch, and sugar maple. Participants soar down more than 4,500 feet of zip lines, cross bridges high above the forest floor, rappel from trees, and enjoy stunning views of the area.
Families love our llama treks, an opportunity for all ages to hike and picnic with these gentle creatures in the woods and trails around the Resort. On your trek they will tote your delicious picnic of fresh fruit, baked goods, Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, and beverages.
