Come and experience SMUGGS this Summer! Vermonters know that Smugglers’ Notch has some of the very best skiing and riding in Vermont and all the family programs to go with it. Now, Vermont kids are invited to experience what the heart of the Green Mountains can offer in the summer! From cool refreshing dips in our waterparks and mountain reservoirs to rock climbing and bouldering; from waterfall hikes to swimming hole explorations; from stylish craft projects to a full day of sports and rec games; Smuggs Camp allows Vermont kids access to unique and unforgettable summer experiences. Campers choose to explore one of three program tracks: Adventure & Games, Nature & Hiking, or Arts & Crafts. For those interested in performing arts, learn from the best in our Sound & Stage camp. There is something for every interest, as well as specialty options: Survival Camp, Mountain Bike Camp and High Adventure Camp. To register simply detach the registration form and send it in or call Summer Fun University at 802-644-1090. To participate, simply find the closest shuttle location to your home and let us pick up your camper with our counselor-staffed shuttle. It’s included! Once registered, we will send you the weekly itinerary with loads of specific activities, projects, and investigations that are scheduled for each day! smuggs camp TRAIL BLAZERS Ages 5-6 Monday - Friday, $325 per person, per week Young campers will explore the world of Smugglers’ Notch in our Trail Blazer program. This all-day program combines active, challenging, fun, and physical activities. Campers will play games, create arts and crafts projects, learn about nature, and more!

ADVENTURE RANGERS Ages 7-10

Monday - Friday, $325 per person, per week

Adventure Rangers enjoy a full slate of unique activities that keeps them engaged while making new friends. Choose Nature & Hiking to explore hidden parts of our forests and mountains, Adventure & Games to play recreational games and take on new challenges, or Arts & Crafts to make some of the coolest projects around. Campers can choose to stick with one program all week or switch it up each day. All groups include daily swimming in one of our three waterparks, and may include an impromptu mountain stream cool-off break.

NOTCH SQUAD Ages 11-15 Monday - Friday, $325 per person, per week Notch Squad groups have the flexibility to choose what they want to do throughout the day. Campers pick the counselor and itinerary that most appeals to them and go from there. If the group decides to switch it up midday, they will have the power to make it happen! Every day will include swimming and games.

SOUND & STAGE Ages 7-15

Monday - Friday, $325 per person, per week For campers that love singing, dancing, and acting, Sound & Stage brings out the creative side in every kid. Working with some of Smugglers’ most talented performers, this group will spend the week trying out a little of everything in the performing arts before working on a performance. Every Thursday, the Sound & Stage troupe performs at Smugglers’ Country Fair.


specialty programs SURVIVAL CAMP Ages 7-17 Monday - Friday, $399 per person, for 5-day program Survival Camp explores the themes of shelter, water, fire and food. Campers will learn an array of wilderness survival skills as well as modern camping and backpacking methods, all while having fun, and exploring the woods that surround Smugglers’ village. Lunch included.

HIGH ADVENTURE CAMP Ages 9-17

Monday - Friday, $425 per person, for 5-day program

High Adventure Camp is an exciting mix for campers looking to take fun to the extreme. From Waterfall climbs, High Ropes and Giant Swings, to Treetop Obstacle Courses, Rock Climbing, and Repelling, each day is filled with challenge and excitement! Lunch included.

An optional Camp Lunch Program is available for $36.25 + tax for five days.* If you have not packed a lunch we will provide one and bill your account $7.25 per camper, per day for camp lunch.

MOUNTAIN BIKE CAMP Ages 7-17 Monday - Friday, $399 per person, for 5-day program Expert coaches lead campers in games, activities, and rides designed to introduce beginners to mountain biking as well as improve the skills of more experienced riders. New riders will play in the skills parks and start to explore our network of single and double-track trails. Intermediate and advanced riders will ride all that Smuggs has to offer, plus have a chance to explore other local trail networks. Lunch, bike, and helmet rental included. Sessions 1 & 7: 7-11 year olds – Beginner riders Session 2: 7-11 year olds – Intermediate riders Sessions 3 & 8: 12-16 year olds - Beginner riders Session 4: 12-16 year olds - Intermediate riders Session 5: 7-11 year olds – Advanced riders Session 6: 12-16 year olds – Advanced riders

OVERNIGHT ADVENTURE Ages 7-12 Wednesday, $49 1st child, $40 each additional child on the same reservation Come spend a night with your favorite counselors and new friends at the Morse Highlands Lodge. Our overnight adventure includes dinner, games, music, sunset hike, a bonfire with s’mores, and a special overnight t-shirt. Sleeping bags are provided.

Programs sponsored by Smugglers’ Notch Management Co., Ltd. involve a variety of rigorous summer and winter recreational activities including but not limited to, warm ups, games, group initiative problems and numerous other rigorous adventurous activities. In completing the application and request form granting permission for ____________________ to participate, we understand that there are risks of physical or emotional injury or disability in participation in such activities or programs. We accept and assume all risks of injury or disability from participation and we RELEASE Smugglers’ Notch Management Co., Ltd., its employees, activity leaders and agents as well as the owners and agents of the owners of facilities used for these activities of the program from any liability of any nature, including, but not limited to, any personal injury or property damage which may occur directly or indirectly from participation in program activities. I, or the undersigned parent or guardian, hereby agrees to indemnify Smugglers’ Notch from all claims or suits including reasonable attorney fees resulting from involvement in the programs at Smugglers’ Notch. I further agree that (1) any claim, of which I may at anytime bring for any reason against Smugglers’ Notch, its employees or agents, shall be brought in state or federal court in Vermont and not in any other state or jurisdiction; and (2) any claim shall be governed by the laws of Vermont. We understand that a further condition of participation is that each participant carry Health and Accident Insurance while participating in programming and hereby certify that is covered under the following Health and Accidental Insurance Plan:

In case of an emergency and Smugglers’ Notch is unable to locate either of the parents or guardians and realizing that medical aid may be withheld from my child, I hereby authorize Smugglers’ Notch to seek medical aid for my child, as they deem necessary and appropriate. I further agree to indemnify and hold Smugglers’ Notch Management Company, Ltd., its representatives, agents, affiliates, officers, directors and employees harmless from any harm, injury, damage or loss to person or property to the aforementioned child. I also agree that if any portion of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable by a court of law, all other portions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
