CERTIFICATION & SPECIAL PROGRAMS Interested in becoming digital signage certified? DSE, in conjunction with the Digital Signage Experts Group, offers four different conferences for you to gain certification. Tuesday, MARCH 27

Friday, MARCH 30

DSCE - Digital Signage Certified Expert Program

DCME - Digital Signage Content and Media Expert Program

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Digital Signage Certified Expert program provides a full understanding of all the elements of digital signage and the interconnected technologies that produce the images seen on screen. Digital signage is the fastest growing segment of the commercial AV, content creation and advertising industries. It appears quite simple at first glance but becomes a tangled web of interconnected technologies acting together to produce the images we see on screen. The challenge is one of immersion and full understanding of all the elements of digital signage.

DSDE - Digital Signage Display Expert Program The Digital Signage Display Expert (DSDE) program is the industry’s only comprehensive training program designed exclusively for digital signage displays and calibration. The DSDE program addresses the subject of displays as a key component in a digital signage system and teaches how to properly calibrate them. The program recognizes that the displays are the “windows to the world” representing the digital signage message and that accuracy in transmitting images is directly related to impact and the effectiveness of the entire digital signage system ALL PRESENTED BY

One of the most important yet misunderstood of the 7 Key Elements of Digital Signage/Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) that go into every project and network is content. The Digital Signage Experts Group (DSEG) has therefore created the Digital Signage Content and Media Expert (DCME) certification, which is designed to lift the level of understanding of content and media far beyond the obvious limitations of “conventional wisdom” and provide the details and in-depth understanding of the major parameters affecting this critical area.

DSNE - Digital Signage Network Expert Program The Digital Signage Network Expert program provides a full understanding of the complexities of what lies underneath the surface and represents the heart, brain and soul a network, along with what comprises a network and network operation.

SEGD Branded Environments: Design for Brand Centric Customer Experiences The SEGD Branded Environments event is back by popular demand with a great lineup of speakers and tours. As part of your registration, you also get access to the DSE show floor* to see the latest developments in digital technologies and fire your imagination about new ways to create solutions in your experiential graphic design projects. The 2017 Branded Environments event grew by 50 percent! And why not? It was an extremely valuable learning experience for the attendees, who toured new projects in Las Vegas like the new stadium and heard about cutting-edge projects in branded environments from leaders in the field.

PRESENTED BY

Digital Signage Guided Installation Tour DSE’s 13th Annual Digital Signage Guided Installation tour will provide customer-facing views and behind-the-scenes insights of some of the best digital signage installations in Las Vegas. While the most conspicuous manifestations of digital signage in the city are the bright lights along the famous Las Vegas Boulevard “Strip,” the 2018 edition of the escorted coach tour is distinguished by the variety of installations, both on and off the Strip. Spokespeople representing the venues and the technology will be on hand to answer questions and speak to the challenges they faced in concept, design and implementation, as well as provide insights into their solutions and results. In addition, tour attendees will be treated to a networking breakfast before departing the Las Vegas Convention Center. Visit DSE2018.com for tour stops and further details.

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE FORUM: WINNING WITH DX – A SUMMIT FOR FUTURE SUCCESS 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM

The Digital Experience Forum is designed specifically to give you the insider tools to rise above commodity, to speak the PRESENTED BY language of the CMO, and to become a consultative partner that not only wins today’s pitch, but tomorrow’s as well. You’ll be elbow-to-elbow with big brands, those that live in the digital experience trenches and enlightened ‘future state’ pundits.

It’s projected that as much as 30 percent of our industry will be out of business in 2-3 years. Why? Because customer expectations are becoming astonishingly high, technology is becoming commoditized at a rapid rate, and those who don’t keep up with evolving trends will find themselves out of luck – and out of customers. As it becomes more and more difficult to create unique value in the marketplace, it is critical to talk in the language of outcomes, rather than technology.
