Dow Closes Shy Of Symbolic 13,000 Climb earlier in day broke mark for first time since ’08 crisis D[m Oeha It came and went in a flash, a number on a board for seconds at a time, but its symbolic power couldn’t be dismissed. The Dow Jones industrial average, powered higher all year by optimism that the economic recovery is finally for real, crossed 13,000 on Tuesday for the first time since May 2008. The last time the Dow occupied such rarefied territory, unemployment was a healthy 5.4 percent, and Lehman Brothers was a solvent investment bank. Financial crises happened in other countries, or the history books. The milestone Tuesday came about two hours into the trading day. The Dow was above 13,000 for about 30 seconds, and for slightly

longer at about noon and 1:30 p.m. but couldn’t hold its gains. It finished up 15.82 points at 12,965.69. Still, Wall Street took note of the marker. It was just last summer that the Dow unburdened itself of 2,000 points in three terrifying weeks. S&P downgraded the United States’ credit rating, Washington was fighting over the federal borrowing limit, and the European debt crisis was raging. A second recession in the U.S. was a real fear. But the economy grew faster every quarter last year, and gains in the job market have been impressive, including 243,000 jobs added in January alone.

“Essentially, over the last couple of months you’ve taken the two biggest fears off the table: that Europe is going to melt down and that we’re going to have another recession here,” said Scott Brown, chief economist for Raymond James. A long-awaited deal to cut the debt of Greece and prevent a potentially catastrophic default on its debt, announced before dawn in Europe after 12 hours of talks, helped the Dow clear 13,000. European markets didn’t take the news as well. Stocks closed down 3.5 percent in Greece, where stocks have lost 80 percent of their value since 2007. Stocks declined less than 1 percent Tuesday in Germany, France and Britain. CHRISTINA RE XRODE (AP)

Because just conducting an audit isn’t enough.

The Supreme Court is setting an election-season review of racial preference in college admissions, agreeing Tuesday to consider new limits on the contentious issue of affirmative action programs. A challenge from a white student who was denied admission to the University of Texas flagship campus will be the high court’s first look at affirmative action in higher education since its 2003 decision endorsing the use of race as a factor. This time around, a more conservative court could jettison that earlier ruling or at least limit when colleges may take account of race in admissions. The justices will hear the case in the fall. A broad ruling in favor of the student, Abigail Fisher, could

8WYaijeho Abigail Fisher, of Sugar Land, Texas, filed a lawsuit against the University of Texas along with another woman when they were denied admission at the university’s Austin campus. They contended the school’s race-conscious policy violated their civil and constitutional rights. By then, the two had enrolled elsewhere. The other woman has since dropped out of the case. The state has said that Fisher is a Louisiana State University senior whose impending graduation should bring an end to the lawsuit. But the Supreme Court appeared not to buy that argument Tuesday. A federal appeals court upheld the Texas program at issue, saying it was allowed under the high court’s decision in Grutter vs. Bollinger in 2003 that upheld racial considerations in university admissions. But there have been changes in the Supreme Court since then. For one thing, Justice Samuel Alito

Eurozone Backs 2nd Bailout for Greece Extra $172B will stave off disastrous default, experts say 8hkii[bi A second, $172 billion bailout and a deep debt write-off for financially stricken Greece is expected to ward off a financial disaster in Europe. Economists, however, give the deal only a slim chance of putting the country on the path to economic recovery — and steadying its place in Europe’s currency union. Agreement on the bailout, reached early Tuesday after an

In return for the second bailout, needed after a $146 billion rescue in 2010 didn’t return the country to solvency, Greece has agreed to painful measures, including cutting spending and wages, and permitting outsiders to supervise its finances. Still, “by austerity alone, Greece will not solve the problems it has at the moment,” said Diego Iscaro, an economist at IHS Global Insight. “We don’t know when the econo-

Greek politicians nevertheless greeted the package as a turning point for their battered country. “It’s no exaggeration to say that today is a historic day for the Greek economy,” said Greek Premier Lucas Papademos. Yemenis flocked to the polls across their battered nation Tuesday to vote in a U.S.-backed, single-candidate election meant to install a new leader to replace the outgoing autocrat. Vice President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi is set to be declared president in the coming days, which will make his predecessor, Ali Abdullah Saleh, the fourth leader to be pushed from power in the Arab Spring uprisings that erupted early last year. The U.S. has played an active role in the transition, in hopes it can head off chaos and ensure cooperation against the country’s active al-Qaeda branch, which has targeted the U.S. In taking Saleh’s place, Hadi will face the onerous task of trying to lead Yemen out of its many crises. Still, he promised great changes Tuesday said after casting his vote in the capital Sanaa.

Food and water are running dangerously low in the besieged Syrian city of Homs, with frantic cries for help from residents amid government shelling that pounded rebel strongholds and killed at least 30 people Tuesday, activists said. “If they don’t die in the shelling, they will die of hunger,” activist and resident Omar Shaker said. The Red Cross called for a daily two-hour cease-fire so that it can deliver emergency aid to the sick and the wounded. Assad’s forces showed no sign of easing their assault on Homs, Syria’s third-largest city and central to the country’s 11-month uprising. Previous reports of Koran-burning have led to violent protests in Afghanistan. In April, an angry mob killed at least seven foreigners in northern Afghanistan and set fire to a U.N. compound, as a protest over a Florida pastor’s plans to burn a Koran swelled into violence. More recently, adding to the negative perception of the U.S. was the release of a video last month that showed four U.S. Marines urinating on the corpses of dead Taliban fighters. Top U.S. officials, including Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, denounced the Marines’ actions. (T WP)

Protesters rally outside Bagram air base in Afghanistan’s Parwan province Tuesday after learning Korans were burned there.

Burnt Korans Ignite Anger Afghans protest the mishandling of Islamic texts at a NATO air base 8W]hWc" 7\]^Wd_ijWd As thousands of angry Afghans flung rocks at NATO’s largest military base in Afghanistan on Tuesday, American officials sought to quell a widening furor over what they said had been the accidental incineration by U.S. military personnel of copies of the Islamic holy book. More than 3,000 people were involved in the protests that erupt-

ed Tuesday, after Afghans working inside Bagram air base told residents that copies of the Koran had been burned. When they carried out the charred pages, the crowd grew larger and more defiant. Among those chanting “death to America” were some of the 5,000 Afghans who have worked inside the base for years. Gen. John R. Allen, the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan, was quick to express contrition for the incident, which

officials worried could incite violence across the country. “When we learned of these actions, we immediately intervened and stopped them,” Allen said in a statement. The incident comes at a critical time for the U.S., which wants to wind down its military presence in Afghanistan but seeks to maintain bases here after 2014, when most foreign troops are set to leave. The Korans were sent to Kabul,

where President Hamid Karzai and other top Afghan officials will decide how to respond. “These people must be punished,” said Qari Ghulam Mustafa, a top religious official from Parwan province, where Bagram is located. He carried 10 blackened Korans and said nearly 100 more were damaged. The apologies from Allen and top Obama administration officials were among the most profuse of the decade-long war. But there was no immediate indication that they would calm the unrest. A Western military official with knowledge of the incident said it appeared that the Korans and other Islamic readings in the library were being used to fuel extremism, and that detainees at Parwan Detention Facility, a prison next to the air base, were writing on the documents to exchange extremist messages. The military official said that several hundred Islamic publications, including Korans, were removed from the library. Some had extremist content; others had extremist messages written on their pages, the official said. Allen later said he had ordered all NATO forces in Afghanistan to complete training in the prop-

D.C. leaders sought to rally their forces Tuesday against a bill that would put new restrictions on abortions in the city. The bill would prohibit abortions in D.C. after 20 weeks except to save the life of the mother, because beyond that marker — antiabortion groups say — a fetus is capable of experiencing pain. D.C. Maryland senators are unlikely to approve any amendments to a bill legalizing gay marriage, worried that if it heads back to the House of Delegates that it could be in trouble because the vote to pass it there was so close. Members of the state Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee rejected two changes to the bill Tuesday, and proponents say they plan to do the same when the measure reaches the chamber floor later this week. “A little bit of Wite-Out is the guillotine here. Rebuild: Tomas Fleischmann (Florida Panthers, 19 goals, 25 assists, 44 points)

Throughout his tenure with the Caps, Fleischmann would go on scoring streaks and then seemingly disappear for consecutive nights. He was eventually dealt to the Colorado Avalanche for defenseman Scott Hannan last season. Now the Caps are relying on Johansson and Perreault, undersized centers who aren’t up to the job without the injured Nicklas Backstrom to help out. While the Caps’ offense appears lost on defensive zone breakouts and the power play is fizzling out, Fleischmann is seven points away from reaching his career high in points, and the Panthers are contending for a playoff spot.

Rebuild: Matt Bradley (Florida Panthers, three goals, five assists, eight points), Boyd Gordon (Phoenix Coyotes, seven goals, 13 assists, 20 points), David Steckel (Toronto Maple Leafs, seven goals, one assists, eight points)

When the Capitals decided to set a new tone for the upcoming season by getting rid of players who weren’t being held accountable, many thought it meant the end of Alexander Semin’s run in D.C. Instead, it meant cutting out character locker room guys such as Bradley and Gordon. Another room favorite, Steckel, was dealt at last year’s trade deadline for center Jason Arnott, who is now with the St. Louis Blues. The players brought in to replace them — Brouwer, Ward and Halpern — have statistically been better than the former Caps this season, but it’s worth considering whether that was worth the risk of diluting the locker-room chemistry.

Remodel: Troy Brouwer (15 goals, 12 assists, 27 points), Joel Ward (five goals, 10 assists, 15 points), Jay Beagle (one assist, one point), Jeff Halpern (three goals, 10 assists, 13 points)

Remodel: Mathieu Perreault (nine goals, nine assists, 18 points), Marcus Johansson (11 goals, 20 assists, 31 points)

secutive Southeast Division banners in the rafters, the Capitals laid out a rebuilding plan: Get really bad to get really good. So they drafted stars Alex Ovechkin, Mike Green and Nicklas Backstrom. And for the past four years, the team has dominated the Southeast Division — but with little success in the NHL playoffs. After repeated postseason failures, general manager George McPhee tinkered with “the rebuild,” bringing in a group of new players for this season. Entering Wednesday’s game against the Ottawa Senators, the Caps are a 10th-place team and, after a 5-0 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on Monday, the glory days of the Bruce Boudreau era seem long gone. What’s left is Dale Hunter in charge of the remodeled roster. Which raises the question: Was the transition from “rebuild” roster to “remodel” worth it? REED S. ALBERS

Rebuild: Jose Theodore (Florida Panthers, 15-11-5, .919 save percentage), Semyon Varlamov (Colorado Avalanche, 15-18-2, .900 save percentage)

Theodore was always going to be a Band-Aid player until the young core of Varlamov and Neuvirth matured, but that plan hit a snag after Neuvirth’s breakout season last year. Left in the cold was the oftinjured Varlamov, who was granted his request for a trade to Colorado in exchange for draft picks. Over the summer, a jobless Vokoun signed with the Caps and supplanted Neuvirth as the starter this season. Whether giving up Varlamov was a great idea will rely on how those picks are used in the summer, but there’s no doubt the Caps got a steal in Vokoun.

Rebuild: Bruce Boudreau (6-1-3 in last 10 games, Anaheim is 13th in the Western Conference)

Remodel: Dale Hunter (3-6-1 in last 10 games, Washington is 10th in the Eastern Conference)

J^[ 9eWY^ DOWNGR ADE It’s hard to argue that Boudreau’s voice wasn’t losing its power in the locker room, but Hunter’s hiring was supposed to inspire (or scare) the team out of its bad habits, reset the season and put the Caps back on the map. Hunter has failed to do any of those in his short tenure with the team as they plummet out of the playoff picture, while Boudreau’s Ducks — who happen to be just three points behind the Capitals in the overall NHL standings — are turning the corner and improving.

Rebuild: Scott Hannan (Calgary Flames, one goal, eight assists, nine points, minus-six)

Remodel: Roman Hamrlik (two goals, eight assists, 10 points, plus-one)

Remodel: Tomas Vokoun (23-15-2, .920 save percentage), Michal Neuvirth (6-9-3, .895 save percentage)

Hannan didn’t work out the way the Caps wanted when they brought him in the middle of last season to shore up the defense, so over the summer they targeted free agent Hamrlik for the job. Hamrlik’s season with the Caps started poorly, but since the arrival of Hunter he’s been one of the team’s steadier defenders. The only knock on Hamrlik is his high price tag: $7 million over two years. As for Hannan, whose stats are in the same range as Hamrlik’s, he has a one-year, $1 million contract.

Nats’ Ramos: ‘I’ve Got a New Life’ Catcher is grateful to be on the diamond after his kidnapping

The traces of blue and black ink peeked out from under the athletic tape wrapped around Wilson Ramos’ left wrist. Each time Ramos stabbed at a pitch Tuesday morning, during the Nationals’ first official workout of spring training, the ball settled softly in his catcher’s mitt and the tattoo on his forearm moved ever so slightly toward his heart. The tattoo is a Bible verse in Spanish, Philippians 4:13, that Ramos translated as, “I put everything in Jesus, because he has my back.” Under the words is 11-1111, the date Venezuelan commandoes rescued him from the men who approached him outside his home, pointed guns at his head and kidnapped him. “I feel like I’m living again,” Ramos said. “I’ve got a new life.”

Wilson Ramos warms up during the Nationals’ practice on Tuesday in Viera, Fla.

8WYaijeho In a country plagued by crime and kidnappings, Wilson Ramos became the first major league player to be abducted in Venezuela. The challenge of returning to professional baseball after such an episode, performing under high pressure before thousands and thousands, will be something for which there is no precedent. In one recent winter, Nationals backup catcher Jesus Flores, who is also Venezuelan, was carjacked at gunpoint in Venezuela. (T WP)

Ramos came to spring training to start his second major league season and to further separate his misfortune from his his bright future. Ramos expressed gratitude that he had survived the ordeal and confidence that it would not affect his baseball career. Upon his arrival in Florida, the Nationals did not formally address the kidnapping with Ramos. They already received him in D.C. in November, shortly after his rescue. Manager Davey Johnson’s only reference to the incident came as Ramos caught pitches from Stephen Strasburg Tuesday, when Johnson asked how much Ramos had played in the Venezuelan Winter League after the kidnapping, and Ramos responded he had played for about a month and a half. “He’s more comfortable getting on the field rather than talking to you guys about the kidnapping,” Johnson said. “He wanted to get back in there and go play. It’s over with. And I’m sure it’s over with him.” ADAM KILGORE (THE WASHINGTON POST )

Concussions a NASCAR Concern 7kje HWY_d] If Michael Waltrip were to count up all the concussions he has sustained over a NASCAR career that stretches back nearly 30 years, he’d certainly hit 10 — and probably keep going. Safety measures since Dale Earnhardt’s death in 2001 have gone a long way toward preventing head injuries, and NASCAR officials have taken steps to improve the way they identify and treat concussions. But Waltrip knows that

won’t undo all those hits he took in the 1980s and ’90s. “I whacked my head — a lot,” Waltrip said. “I showed up in ’85, when it was relatively ‘safe.’ We thought we had it figured out. I raced all the way through 2001 when people were getting killed. And all through that time, I was hitting my head and knocking myself out and getting concussions and going to the hospital. And I don’t know what that means to me in 10 years. But I know it’s a concern.” The 48-year-old Waltrip gets

uneasy when he hears stories about NFL players and other athletes who are having serious neurological problems after they retire, issues that a growing amount of research indicates may have been caused by repetitive brain injuries they sustained during their playing days. Could that happen to him, too? “I would be the perfect case study,” Waltrip said. “Because I can go back and look at the races and count up times I was knocked unconscious that I can’t count on both hands.” (AP)

Little Children Need to Grow Up The University of Maryland is taking its ball and going home. Frustrated by an inability to schedule men’s basketball games against Georgetown, Terps athletic director Kevin Anderson has decided it’s all or nothing in dealing with the Hoyas. Apparently, Anderson thinks that by nixing a budding rivalry between two Top 20 women’s basketball teams, he’ll force John 8o CWjj Thompson III to bring Im[died Georgetown’s men’s team for that long-awaited contest in College Park. Maryland has a right to be upset that Georgetown never returned its visit to the Hoyas’ home floor the last time the teams met in the regular

CWhobWdZ ^Wi W h_]^j je X[ kfi[j j^Wj =[eh][jemd d[l[h h[jkhd[Z _ji l_i_j$ season. But that was in 1993. Thompson’s father was still Georgetown’s coach, and Maryland’s Gary Williams wasn’t all gray. Both coaches have moved on. The Terps should do the same and find a way to schedule a game. If the Hoyas insist the first game of any series be played at Verizon Center, so be it. The next game should, of course, be at Comcast Center. Georgetown would then have no leg to stand on in refusing to take part in a home-and-home series. If the Hoyas are afraid the Terps’ on-campus site is too much of a home-court advantage, they should buy lots of tickets, set up shuttle buses and hope Metro runs on time. OK, two out of three seem reasonable. It’s time for these schools to give up the childish antics and starting playing a kids’ game. To reach Matt Swenson, e-mail matt.swenson@readexpress.com

When Louis C.K. said he’d grossed more than $1 million off his selfreleased, $5 stand-up special, “Live at the Beacon Theater,” the question wasn’t “Would others follow suit?” but “Who wouldn’t?” Jim Gaffigan is the first to adopt the C.K. method, announcing last week that he’ll produce and release his next special himself. “Mr. Universe,” which Gaffigan is taping at the Warner Theatre on Saturday, will be out in April as a simple, $5 download, with 8o HkZ_ $1 from each purchase =h[[dX[h] going to charity. While not exactly following the C.K. model, Bill Maher, host of the HBO political talk show “Real Time,” is also bucking industry norms. Though Maher has filmed nine specials for HBO since 1989, his new hour, “CrazyStupidPolitics,” won’t be on TV, nor is it downloadable. Instead, Yahoo Screen (Screen.Yahoo.com) will stream the set live from California Thursday at 10:30 p.m. — for free. It’s no wonder C.K.’s innovation has caught on. Stand-up comedy is one of the few showbiz professions in which performers are in total control of their work. If you’re in charge of your act onstage, why wouldn’t you want to have the same command when you release your work to the world?

YouTube is enlisting Hollywood’s help to reach a generation of viewers more familiar with smartphones than TV remotes. The online video giant is aiming to create 25 hours of programming per day with the help of some of the top names in traditional TV. The Google-owned site is spreading its wealth among producers, directors and other filmmakers, using a $100 million pot of seed money it committed last fall. The fund represents YouTube’s largest spending spree on original content so far. YouTube believes it is laying groundwork for the future. While the number of traditional TV watchers has leveled off in recent years, more and more people are watching

video on mobile phones, tablets and computers, especially those in the 18- to 34-year-old age demographic that advertisers covet. The idea is to create 96 additional YouTube channels, which are essentially artists’ home pages, where viewers can see existing video clips and be notified when new content goes up. Well-funded videos by a select roster of stars are likely to be more watchable than the average YouTube fare of cute cats. YouTube is betting that a solid stream of good content will attract more revenue from advertisers, bring viewers back frequently and bolster its parent company’s fledgling Web-connected-TV platform, Google TV. The cash has enticed some of TV’s biggest stars, including “Fast Five” director Justin Lin, who directs episodes of “Community,” “CSI” creator Anthony Zuiker and Nancy Tellem, the former president of CBS entertainment. The extreme sports-focused Network A and Spanish-language Tutele have launched already. YouTube hopes to have all of the channels running by this summer. “This was really about galvanizing the ecosystem at large,” says Alex Carloss, global head of original programming for YouTube. “We see the portfolio [of funded channels] really representing the best of TV meeting the best of the Web.” RYAN NAK ASHIMA (AP)

Mark Ramont is happy he’s the one who gets to direct the area’s first production of “Next Fall.” “The audience doesn’t know what to expect,” Ramont says. “Once you see something for the first time, you have expectations. There’s nothing better than showing an audience something that’s fresh.” The play, which was written by Geoffrey Nauffts and nominated for a Tony Award in 2010, is pretty fresh itself. It’s a story about a couple, Adam and Luke, whose connection almost comes to a grinding halt when Adam, an atheist, learns that Luke is an evangelical Christian. Their relationship survives and thrives, but when Luke is involved in a serious accident and family and friends swarm around the two, those differences crop up again. Creating an onstage relationship that feels real can be a challenge, but Ramont had an advantage there, too: Tom Story, who plays Adam, and Chris Dinolfo, who plays Luke, are a couple in real life. “They’ve been togeth-

er about as long [as the couple in the play], and the age difference is about the same.” At first, Ramont wasn’t sure whether his leads’ relationship would help or hurt. “I can’t say I’ve never worked with couples before, but I’m very wary of it,” Ramont says. “But after working on this and seeing the fruits of it, I’d do it again in a heartbeat. They brought their relationship when it fed what was happening onstage,” while leaving quotidian fights about the dishes and laundry at home.

Ramont was impressed by Story’s performance, particularly in the scenes involving Luke’s accident. “There’s a certain point in the play where it starts to turn very dark and you start to go into a very melancholy place,” he says. “One of the things I love about Tom’s work is he would go there, but he was also very careful to send signals that ‘I don’t want to dwell here.’” Adam and Luke’s relationship, Ramont believes, reflects the divide

that exists between some Christians and some members of the gay community. “It’s very easy for gays to mock religious belief, and it’s too easy for religious people to marginalize gays,” he says. With “Next Fall,” “our job is to create characters who are nuanced so that both sides ring true.” KRISTEN

Cooper’s daytime talk show is still looking for some solid footing J[b[l_i_ed To celebrate the 100th episode of Anderson Cooper’s daytime talk show in an hour that airs Monday, a giant cup of frozen hot chocolate topped with whipped cream was wheeled onto the set after its star interviewed a svelte Janet Jackson. Something sweet was undoubtedly welcomed. It’s been a tough stretch for “Anderson,” illustrating how difficult it can be to launch a successful television series from scratch. In six months, the show has weathered a scandal involving a scheduled guest’s serious injury; seen three top executives leave and a new one join midstream; and experimented with different formats to see what suits Cooper best. 789

His ratings rank him above Wendy Williams and Steve Wilkos in the talk-show pecking order, but behind rivals Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz, Jerry Springer, Maury Povich, Ellen DeGeneres and Kelly Ripa. If not for a distribution deal that gives its syndicator, Telepictures Productions, what it considers more desirable network slots in cities such as New York, Houston and Orlando, Fla., next season, some in the

industry question whether “Anderson” would have survived. Still, Cooper and his staff are fighting and believe they have turned a corner. “Any show takes time organically to figure out what it is,” Cooper said. “I think we’ve made a lot of progress in doing that, and I’m really pleased in where the show is and where the show is headed.” DAVID BAUDER (AP)

Into the ‘Ocean’ Airing in its entirety, the new three-part presentation “Ocean Giants’’ (PBS, 8 p.m.) dives into the world of whales and dolphins. The first hour is packed with facts about the great whales, including the possibility that some may live more than 200 years. The second hour explores the cognitive and emotional lives of whales and dolphins. The third hour is devoted to how they communicate. (TM)

“For shame. Not even at an out-of-town hockey game can the Nationals give the 26th president the credit he’s due. Too bad for Washington, Jefferson and Lincoln that Teddy, the 33rd governor of New York, wasn’t going to take that crap in his home state. Teddy mounted the sideboards and when the other three circled back, epic mascot fisticuffs ensued.” — BENJAMIN R. FREED AT DCIST. COM provides an update on what

“So, the bright new future of the Guardian is becoming clearer. Not content with its plans to close down the print edition and to replace its journalists with nonunionized casual labor, the future vision now appears to include a version of Soho House, with more bores.”

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) Your particular point of view may not be shared by those around you today, but you can certainly be the cause of thought and lively talk. ARIES (March 21-April 19) Despite scoring a victory, you are likely to have a sense of loss — but what has been lost may be a mystery for quite some time. TAURUS (April 20-May 20) Experimentation allows you to uncover certain methods for progressing in ways that others haven’t yet thought of or exploited. GEMINI (May 21-June 20) You may have trouble understanding what drives another, but you know what drives you — and it’s time to get moving once again. CANCER (June 21-July 22) What you would expect to occur on a day such as this may not happen — and you surely can claim some responsibility for this.

Yesterday’s Solution

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) You may have to work hard today to make your schedule work out at either end. The middle of things can pretty much take care of themselves. VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) Take things one step at a time and you’ll be sure to cover all your bases — though you may not be moving as quickly as you’d like. LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) You’ve been trying to follow in another’s footsteps, and yet the time has come for you to break away and chart your own course.
