Woman will think twice before agreeing to clean parents’ attic

The city manager in Augusta, Maine, says the municipal office building had to be sprayed for bedbugs after a man threw a cup of the pests onto an office counter and about 100 of them scattered off. Officials said the man was upset after a dispute with his landlord about the bugs. He let the bugs loose in the General Assistance office, where he had asked for a form to request assistance and apparently was told he didn’t qualify. (AP)

She brought it home, thinking she’d keep it or donate it to a museum. Her colleague warned her it could be dangerous, which the Mountain Home Air Force Base bomb squad later confirmed before safely detonating it. Landa’s parents said they had no idea where the explosive came from. (AP)

Drink in Comey’s testimony A few bars are offering specials for the city’s must-see appointment

THE DISTRICT Forget summer blockbuster movies — the biggest show in town Thursday will be the testimony before a Senate committee of former FBI Director James Comey. For proof, see the handful of D.C. bars opening early and/or offering specials in honor of the potentially fireworks-laden event. (Also, what does it say about our collective mood that we need cocktails to get through it? Drink every time anyone says “Putin”!) Shaw’s Tavern is opening at

9:30 a.m., in time for pregaming before the Senate intel committee convenes at 10 a.m., for what it’s calling the “Comey Hearing Covfefe,” borrowing the term from President Trump’s cryptic tweet. All five of the bar’s TVs will be airing the main event, and vodkas are five bucks (morning, sunshine!). Duffy’s Irish Pub on Vermont Avenue NW is usually a draw for Nationals fans, but Thursday, the 15 screens will be on C-SPAN, not ESPN. The contents of the featured “Covfefe Cocktail” are as murky as the White House’s Russia controversy: The hangout promises it’s “like drinking the Kool-Aid, but only a small group

of people know what’s in it.” The “small group of people” reference comes from White House press secretary Sean Spicer’s explanation of said Trump tweet. The Partisan, aptly named, is opening an hour early, at 10 a.m., for customers looking for a perch downtown to watch in a meat-and-booze haze. Breakfast sandwiches will come from the adjoining Red Apron butchery, and two cocktail specials, “The Last Word” and “Drop the Bomb,” are on-theme. So when the committee chairman says, “Raise your right hand,” you can at least have something cold in it. EMILY HEIL

2 high school students were found shot dead in a car Monday night MONTGOMERY COUNTY Two male teens are dead after they were found shot in a car the night before their high school graduation, police in Montgomery County said Tuesday. Shadi Adi Najjar, 17, and Artem Ziberov, 18, both of Germantown, Md., were scheduled to graduate Tuesday, Northwest High School Principal Jimmy D’Andrea said in a message to the school community. “They were both excellent students who had a positive impact on those around them,” D’Andrea said in a statement to families. At graduation, D’Andrea said all those attending had heavy hearts, but Najjar and Ziberov “would want us to move forward today and celebrate.” The principal also said he spoke with Ziberov’s mother and she said, “I hope everyone has a great celebration today.” After a 911 caller reported hearing shots fired in a leafy neighborhood of single-family

homes in Montgomery Village on Monday night, officers found the two with gunshot wounds in a parked car, Montgomery County police said. Both died at the scene. Police are awaiting a medical examiner’s report. Investigators are still gathering information about the circumstances surrounding the shooting, police spokesman Capt. Paul Starks said. The county saw 15 homicides last year. “Two at once is shocking and tragic,” Starks said. Ziberov’s stepfather, who spoke to WTTG-TV but didn’t give his name, said he has no idea why the teen was in Montgomery Village, about 7 miles from his home, on Monday night. Ziberov was an Eagle Scout, held a job and planned to attend the University of Maryland in the fall, his stepfather said. “I’m sure the police will find who killed my boy,” Najjar’s father, Adi, told WRC-TV while holding his son’s cap and gown. Police asked anyone with information to call 240-773-5070 or 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered. (AP/THE WASHINGTON POST)

Uber undercharged drivers and riders in suburban Maryland for nearly three months, the company acknowledged, saying the 35-cent fee increase did not go into effect as planned. The company said it would assume the full cost of the error. The booking fee, previously called the “safe rides fee,” supports regulatory costs, safety initiatives and operating costs, the company says. (TWP)

local THE DISTRICT The Trump administration wants to sell the Washington Aqueduct, stirring fears among some that the White House’s passion for privatization could mean higher water bills for 1 million residents of D.C. and Northern Virginia. But the plan, buried in a few short lines in a budget proposal of more than 1,200 pages, may lead to a different outcome. Some officials in the District want the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which operates the aqueduct, instead to sell the facility to D.C. Water, a public utility.

In that case, water rates would not increase as much because there would be no need to earn a return for investors, according to officials and private analysts. But there’s a catch: D.C. Water would want to pay the federal government far less than the $119 million that the administration wants from the sale. The aqueduct proposal shows how the Trump administration’s ambition to privatize public assets is forcing localities to consider new approaches — and arousing controversy. The administration’s proposal

NORRISTOWN, PA. Bill Cosby’s chief accuser took the stand at his sexual assault trial Tuesday to tell her story publicly for the first time, saying the comedian groped her after giving her three blue pills to ease her stress but instead left her paralyzed and helpless. “In my head, I was trying to get my hands to move or my legs to move, but I was frozen,” Andrea Constand, a 44-year-old former employee of the basketball program at Temple University, Cosby’s alma mater, said in their long-awaited courtroom confrontation. “I wasn’t able to fight in any way.” Cosby, 79, is charged with drugging and violating Constand at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004. During cross-examination, defense lawyers seized on what they said were inconsistencies in Constand’s accounts, include her answers on how long she had known Cosby and whether she had ever been alone with him before. Cosby lawyer Angela Agrusa also pressed Constand on why she stayed in contact with Cosby afterward. Constand’s cross-examination will continue

when court resumes today. She was calm and collected as she testified, looking at the jury as she began describing the assault. She told the jury she started feeling woozy about 20 minutes after taking the pills. Cosby then penetrated her with his hand and also placed her hand on his penis, she said. She said she was unable to push him away or tell him to stop. Afterward, Constand said, “I felt really humiliated and I felt really confused.” Cosby, sitting across the room at the defense table, leaned in to listen, whispered to his lawyer and, at times, shook his head. Trump injects himself into Qatar-Gulf dispute

FOREIGN AFFAIRS President Trump jumped headlong Tuesday into a fast-worsening dispute between Qatar and a powerful bloc of Arab countries led by Saudi Arabia, posting tweets congratulating the Saudis for cracking down on the neighboring kingdom and himself for sparking the breach over alleged Qatari funding for terrorism. “During my recent trip to the Middle East, I stated that there can no longer be funding of Radical Ideology,” Trump wrote. “So good to see the Saudi Arabia visit with the King and 50 countries already paying off,” he tweeted. “They said they would take a hard line on funding extremism, and all reference was pointing to Qatar.” Trump’s intervention came as Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, speaking in New Zealand, took a somewhat different tack, noting that “all” countries in the Persian Gulf “have work to do” in ending their support for extremism, and encouraging them to “resolve this through dialogue.” The regional crisis began on Monday, when Qatar’s Persian Gulf neighbors — Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain — were joined by Egypt gypt and smaller nations in

Playing the middleman Kuwait is taking the lead in trying to broker a dialogue between Qatar and the Saudi-led alliance. Kuwait’s emir, Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, headed to Saudi Arabia for talks with King Salman on Tuesday, and in response to Kuwaiti urging, Qatar’s Sheikh Al-Thani agreed to postpone a speech about the crisis, Qatar’s foreign minister said. severing diplomatic ties with Qatar, claiming it supports terrorists across the region, as well as Saudi-rival Iran. The eruption of the dispute shocked the neighborhood and threatened deeply

intertwined regional trade links and air routes. The Pentagon, whose air operations for the Middle East are headquartered at a massive air base in Qatar, said it wouldn’t change its posture at the base, where at least 10,000 U.S. service members are stationed. But Trump’s tweets called into question his commitment to the peninsular nation. A senior White House official said Trump’s tweets did not indicate any change in policy. “I think this actually shows the influence [Trump’s] trip had to isolate those who fund terrorism in the region,” said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss the sensitive diplomatic issue. Qatari officials declined to comment. KAREN DEYOUNG AND SUDARSAN

Amazon is making a play for low-income shoppers. Forecasts clearing up Weather predictions have improved sharply in the last decade — under the radar

U.S. contractor charged in NSA document leak

MANUEL BALCE CENETA (AP)

WEATHER Make fun of the weatherman if you want, but modern forecasts have quietly become much better. Meteorologists are now as good with their five-day forecasts as they were with their three-day forecasts in 2005. Both government and private weather forecasting companies are approaching the point where they get tomorrow’s high temperature right nearly 80 percent of the time. It was 66 percent 11 years ago, according to ForecastWatch, a private firm that rates the accuracy of weather forecasts. Major League Baseball is now able to move game times around based on forecasts, so you have a much smaller chance of getting soaked in the stands. On May 25, for instance, the forecast for Washington called for afternoon thunderstorms, so the Nationals moved their game from 4:05 p.m. to 12:05 p.m. The game got in, and the storms arrived on schedule not too long after the regularly scheduled start time. “That would have been unheard of 20 years ago,” said retired Washington television meteorologist Bob Ryan, the first national on-air weatherman on NBC’s “Today” show. The improvements are most noticeable during Atlantic hurricane season, which began June 1. Hurricane forecasts were twice as good last year as they were in 2005, when the National Hurricane Center predicted the paths of 28 storms, including Hurricane Katrina. Then, predictions for where a storm would be 36 hours out were accurate within 97 miles. Last year, they were about that accurate 72 hours before a storm hit. In the 25 years since Hurricane Andrew, “we’ve gained two days of predictability for track forecast,” center forecast operations

With increasingly accurate weather forecasts, Major League Baseball is able to move game times at short notice.

chief James Franklin said. When it comes to parsing where it’s going to snow instead of just rain or sleet, things get trickier. And when that line between snow and rain moves by only a couple dozen miles, it can make a huge difference. This came up after last winter’s blizzard, when New York and New Jersey officials blasted the weather service for not dialing back on forecasts of a giant snowfall that ended up hitting further west. Meteorologists said problems with that forecast were compounded by the failure to communicate the storm’s uncertainties to the public. Meteorologists mostly credit complex high-resolution computer models that take in giant amounts of real-world data from satellites and elsewhere and use physics formulas to crunch out countless simulations of what’s going to happen next. As those

Other improvements The National Weather Service’s five-day forecasts last year were within 4 degrees of the high temperature — comparable to 2005’s three-day forecasts and a full degree better than 2005’s five-day forecasts. Forecasters can predict winter storms 22 hours ahead of time, up from 17 hours in 2005. Forecasters have predicted some dangerous events about a week in advance, such as Superstorm Sandy in 2012, 20 inches of rain in South Carolina in 2015 and a 2016 East Coast blizzard, in ways they could never have done before. are compared, cross-referenced and run again, a clearer picture of future weather emerges. Louis Uccellini, now director of the National Weather Service, recalls that 40 years ago he and colleagues at NASA celebrated

when its computers hit the 1 million calculations per second mark. In about a year, the weather service forecast will be about 4 billion times faster, he said. The computers require more and better data, which has come from “an explosion of additional satellite-based observations,” Franklin said. These give a better picture of what’s happening over remote polar and ocean areas, blind spots in the past. They also provide better wind and moisture measurements. For all the improvements, meteorologists still face a tough task: explaining the uncertainties of weather to people who want definitive answers. “The guts and plumbing of the forecast process is terrific,” Ryan said. “The big challenge is not in the skill of the forecast, but rather the lack of using all the skill we have in the forecast for communication.” SETH BORENSTEIN (AP)

NATIONAL SECURITY A federal contractor has been arrested following the leak of a classified intelligence report that suggests Russian hackers attacked at least one U.S. votingsoftware supplier days before last year’s presidential election. Shortly after the release of the report by The Intercept on Monday, the Justice Department announced it had charged government contractor Reality Leigh Winner, 25, with leaking a classified report containing “Top Secret level” information to an online news organization. The report the contractor allegedly leaked is dated May 5, the same date as the document The Intercept posted online. The report suggests electionrelated hacking penetrated further into U.S. voting systems than previously known. A Kremlin spokesman denied the report. The classified National Security Agency report does not say whether the hacking had any effect on election results. But it says Russian military intelligence attacked a U.S. voting-software company and sent spearphishing emails to more than 100 local election officials at the end of October or the beginning of November. U.S. intelligence agencies declined to comment. Winner, of Augusta, Ga., remained in jail pending a hearing, said her lawyer, Titus T. Nichols, adding that he expects the government to try to keep her behind bars pending trial. DEB RIECHMANN AND RUSS BYNUM (AP)

nation+world Law firm checked 215 complaints of issues like harassment, bullying

TRANSPORTATION Uber has fired 20 employees in recent months as part of an investigation of the climate and culture at the ride-hailing service, the company said at a staff meeting Tuesday. The report of the firings came from an attorney at the Perkins Coie law firm, which Uber hired to assist in a broader sexual harassment investigation at

the company and which made a presentation at the company’s weekly staff meeting Tuesday. The firings, Uber confirmed that afternoon, were for sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying and physical safety issues. Most but not all of those fired worked at Uber’s San Francisco headquarters. Bloomberg was the first to report the firings. The firings follow an investigation led by former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, who was hired by CEO Travis Kalanick after reports of widespread

sexual harassment within the company were triggered by a February blog post by a former employee. Holder’s draft report was referred to Perkins Coie. No names of fired employees or details of the alleged harassment emerged publicly. Overall, Perkins Coie reviewed 215 claims of alleged misconduct. Uber has battled executive departures, a federal criminal investigation into whether it has been deceiving law enforcement and an admission that it underpaid many drivers. It’ll do everything but cook it For a mere $1,500 to $1,900, anglers could soon take most of the guesswork out of their hobby. A Chinese drone maker plans to begin shipping its PowerRay submersible drone this month, Bloomberg Businessweek reports. The device, which attaches to a fishing line, locates fish, relays their position and attracts them with a built-in light. The more expensive models even drop bait right in front of the fish. Kevin Durant was a high school star at Montrose Christian in Rockville.

RICK SNIDER | SPORTS GURU

D.C.-area legend: Durant already in city’s starting five Kevin Durant is two wins short of being crowned an NBA champion with the Warriors, but he’s already basketball royalty. At this point in his career, Durant, 28, belongs in the best starting five of players to emerge from Washington-area high schools. By the end of his career, the former Montrose Christian star will claim a spot on the Mount Rushmore of D.C. hoops currently occupied by Elgin Baylor (Phelps/Spingarn), Dave Bing (Spingarn), Adrian Dantley (DeMatha) and Austin Carr (Mackin). Before Durant came along, the final spot on the area’s top five list was up for debate between Walt Williams (Crossland), JoJo Hunter (Mackin), Len Bias (Northwestern), William “Chicken Breast” Lee

(Fairmont Heights) and James Brown (DeMatha). With a few more years and a title or two, Durant could challenge Baylor for the top spot in D.C. lore. Playing alongside Greivis Vasquez in 2006, Durant scored 32 points for Montrose Christian of Rockville in a 74-72 win over an Oak Hill team featuring Ty Lawson and Michael Beasley in one of the best local high school games ever. Durant was named The Washington Post’s All-Met Basketball Player of the Year, and he won 2007 NCAA National Player of the Year in his one season at Texas after averaging 25.8 points and 11.1 rebounds. The Longhorns went 25-10 before they lost to USC in the second round of the NCAA Tournament despite 30 points by Durant. Drafted second overall behind Ohio State’s Greg Oden,

D.C.’s Mount Rushmore Kevin Durant’s career will be judged alongside these legends, who all emerged from Washington-area playgrounds and high schools. R.S. 1 Elgin Baylor Small forward

Durant earned NBA Rookie of the Year — which Baylor, Bing and Dantley also did — for the Seattle Supersonics, who moved to Oklahoma the next season. Durant has been the 2014 NBA MVP, an eight-time All-Star and five-time scoring champion. He also helped the U.S. win gold medals in the 2012 and 2016 Olympics and the 2010 world championship. Baylor was the District’s first true phenom in the 1950s, scoring a city single-game record 63 points in 1954. He led Seattle to the 1958 NCAA national finals before becoming the No. 1 overall pick by the Minneapolis Lakers. Baylor made eight appearances in the NBA Finals but never won a title. The Lakers gave him a ring from the 1972 championship, but he retired during the season. Durant and the Warriors have a 2-0 lead on the Cavaliers heading into Game 3 of the NBA Finals tonight (9, ABC). Maybe Golden State can beat Cleveland for Durant’s first championship. But even without a title, Durant is one of the city’s alltime starting five.

After being outscored by 20.5 points per game while going down 0-2 in the NBA Finals, the Cavaliers will enjoy home-court advantage tonight. Here are three keys to Game 3. GABE HIATT (EXPRESS)

3 Durant is in the zone Kevin Durant can hurt the Cavaliers even when they’re in solid position. He went 10-of-15 on contested shots in Game 2 and finished with 33 points and 13 rebounds.

2 Smith has to show up Cavs coach Tyronn Lue said Tuesday that J.R. Smith will continue to start after scoring just three points in the series. Cleveland can’t afford Smith to run cold.

1 Point guard battle Cleveland’s Kyrie Irving has scored 21. 5 points per game in the finals — 4.1 below his regular-season average and 8.5 less than Stephen Curry’s series output.

Preds clamp down like a dog on a bone now with two bandages commemorating playoff-ending injuries first to forward Kevin Fiala, then center Ryan Johansen. Stanley is the symbol of how coach Peter Laviolette wanted his team to play this season. It responded with a relentless approach that has helped Nashville go from the last team into the playoffs to one that is two wins from a title. After losing the first two games in Pittsburgh,

Nashville won both games at home. The Penguins host Game 5 on Thursday. Stanley is more than just a cartoon dog. The Predators also award the best player in each game a heavy chain as a reward.

Defenseman Matt Irwin says Stanley shows exactly how the Predators want to play. “It’s the intensity he brings, and that’s the kind of intensity we want to bring to our game every night,” Irwin said. TERESA M. WALKER (AP)

Who will get Matta’s job at OSU? With the college basketball coaching carousel already shuttered for the year, Ohio State is in a predicament as it looks to replace Thad Matta, who agreed to step down Monday after 13 mostly successful seasons. Here is a look at candidates whom athletic director Gene Smith could target. MATT BONESTEEL (THE WASHINGTON POST)

Chris Mack

Tom Crean

Chris Holtmann

Gregg Marshall

Bob Huggins

Xavier coach

Former Indiana coach

Butler coach

Wichita State coach

West Virginia coach

Pros: He’s familiar with the state after eight seasons at the Cincinnati school. He grew up in Ohio, made the Elite Eight last season and could be an affordable pick. Cons: He’s a Xavier alum and has said he enjoys having his parents at every regularseason game. His wife is from Louisville, and he could be waiting for that job to open.

Pros: He took the Hoosiers from the depths of NCAA probation to three Sweet 16s and also has a Final Four appearance from his time at Marquette. Cons: He could never get Indiana over the Sweet 16 hump despite fielding good recruiting classes. He’s already shown what he can do at a big-time state school.

Pros: He made three straight NCAA tournaments and landed the No. 4 seed, the program’s highest ever, en route to the Sweet 16 last season. He guided Butler in its first years in the Big East. Cons: He just signed a contract extension to stay at Butler, but that might not mean much if Ohio State comes calling.

Pros: He has four 30-win seasons at the helm of the Shockers, whom he led to the Final Four in 2013. Cons: He has a great team returning and will get more notice with the Shockers’ move to the AAC. At more than $3 million per year, he’s already one of the highest-paid coaches. His personality can be abrasive.

Pros: He was a Buckeyes assistant from 1978 to 1980 and has in-state experience as head coach at Akron and Cincinnati. The Columbus Dispatch reported he’d be interested in interviewing. Cons: He’ll be 64 when next season starts. Would he want to rebuild in Ohio when he has a good thing going at his alma mater?

Long-shot candidates for Ohio State basketball: Shaka Smart, Texas; Mick Cronin, Cincinnati; Sean Miller, Arizona; Billy Donovan, Thunder; Brad Stevens, Celtics; Fred Hoiberg, Bulls

VIDEO STREAM

A legend’s proper encore On his final album, the late Chuck Berry ventures into territory both old and new ALBUM REVIEW Nearly three months after Chuck Berry left the stage, here’s his entertaining encore. “CHUCK,” which drops Friday, might even be Berry’s best album. While his hit singles in the 1950s helped lay the foundation for rock ‘n’ roll, LPs were then an afterthought, and it’s been nearly 40 years since he released one. But “CHUCK” was assembled with plenty of care — Berry began working on the material in the 1980s, and wrapped up the project shortly before he died in March at age 90. “CHUCK” doesn’t traffic in

nostalgia. Yes, his patented g u ita r i nt ro with the threenote pick up kicks off two tunes, following the formula of Berry classics. But he ventures far beyond that formula with slow blues (“You Go to My Head” and “She Still Loves You”), swampy story-song R&B (“Dutchman”) and a country ballad that serves as his “My Way” (“Darlin’’’). All of which leaves room for an occasional nod to the past. “Lady B. Goode” is prime Chuck, a sequel to his best-known hit,

‘Way Back’ TLC

THINKSTOCK AND GETTY IMAGES EXPRESS ILLUSTRATION

The road to ‘CHUCK’ As a man who always marched to his own beat, Chuck Berry was in no hurry to complete what ended up becoming “CHUCK.” For 10 years, he recorded songs, riffs or whatever came to mind. But the tracks were destroyed in a 1989 fire at a studio near his home in Missouri. At that point, “he [had] nothing,” Charles Berry Jr., Berry’s son, says. “So, he [built] another studio and [went] back to work, re-creating and creating new music.” (AP)

“Johnny B. Goode.” On “Jamaica Moon,” Berry rewrites his 1956 single “Havana Moon,” the setting changed because he always blamed anti-Castro sentiment

for the song’s so-so success. His island patois is pitch-perfect, and his distinctive vocals throughout add to the set’s charm. He sounds wise, not wizened. It wouldn’t be Berry without plenty of solos. “Lady B. Goode” features guitar work from three generations of the family — Chuck, Charles Jr. and Charles III. Gary Clark Jr. and Tom Morello, Berry descendants in a spiritual way, are among the guest performers. Historian Douglas Brinkley contributes enthusiastic liner notes, but Berry gets the last word. The final cut, “Eyes of Man,” is an extraordinary dust-todust biblical ballad — real roots music, and a fitting farewell from the hereafter. STEVEN WINE (AP)

STAGE

Even working girls just want to have fun

Cyndi Lauper will write the songs for a stage adaptation of “Working Girl,” the 1980s movie that starred Melanie Griffith as a secretary who breaks out of the typing pool. The Mike Nichols-directed film will be adapted for Broadway, with “Kinky Boots” composer Lauper teaming up with “New Girl” writer and “Tigers Be Still” playwright Kim Rosenstock on the story. A production timeline will be announced later. (AP) HBO is developing the “Brown Girls” web series for an upcoming comedy show

TLC threw a sick party that none of us were invited to for their video for “Way Back,” a new song off their Kickstarter-funded self-titled album, out June 30. All that’s missing in their first video in 14 years is Left Eye (RIP), but T-Boz and Chilli seem to be really great party hosts — they hung decorations and let people dance on the roof. Snoop Dogg also shows up to rap his verse, because it’s no party without Snoop. BRYANNA CAPPADONA (EXPRESS)

‘Strip That Down’ Liam Payne ft. Quavo

One Direction’s Liam Payne has a new video for his first single since being relieved of his boy band duties, “Strip That Down.” In it, Payne channels his best Justin Bieber, sort of dancing and reminding us via his lyrics that he is an ADULT who engages in ADULT activities, like sipping Coke and Bacardis. Then Quavo arrives, because someone needed to save Liam from himself. B.C.

ALBUM REVIEW Two things are clear after listening to “Is This the Life We Really Want?” — the first rock album in 25 years from Pink Floyd cofounder Roger Waters. The 73-year-old Waters has not mellowed with age, and he’s none too pleased with the current state of world affairs. In fact, he’s downright angry. There’s a reason why “Is This the Life We Really Want?” comes with an explicit lyrics warning. The record is both a loud protest of current events and a continuation of the themes Waters last explored 25 years ago on “Amused to Death” and throughout his career, dating back to “Animals” and “The Wall,” Pink Floyd’s seminal albums from the 1970s. Anyone hoping for a bold new

direction — or some level of subtlety from Waters — isn’t going to find it here. Waters rails against greed, injustice, lying politicians, brainless leaders and “nincompoop” presidents over 12 tracks. The specter of President Trump, and at one point even his voice, permeates the record. Let’s just say Waters isn’t a fan. While it’s firmly rooted in the present, ticking clocks, ghostly (and sometimes angry) disembodied voices, barking dogs and a passing reference to the guitar riff of “Wish You Were Here” all serve as echoes of Pink Floyd’s past without being a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Disney is selling the bread at its Disney California Adventure Park to promote the new “Guardians of the Galaxy” ride. The lovable loaves, which come in sourdough or jalapeno-cheese flavors, seem to be ready-made for Instagram pictures. So far, the Grootshaped bread has been a hit. When it came out on May 31, the first batch sold out within a few hours.

On Sunday, hackers released eight episodes of the game show for anyone who can’t wait until June 11. “I hope the six people that watch the shows early really enjoy them,” tulsabubba wrote, commenting at variety.com. ABC representatives said they don’t think their audience is using piracy websites anyway.

Last weekend, Mili’s team was disqualified from a tournament because officials thought Mili was a boy due to her short hair — and wouldn’t accept explanations otherwise. Retired soccer stars Abby Wambach and Mia Hamm both tweeted words of encouragement to Mili.
