former residents (Intellectual Disability) of St. Davnet’s Hospital Monaghan; Development of Early Intervention Team in North Dublin to assist compliance with the Disability Act; Completion of Service Arrangements with majority of Agencies providing Disability Services on behalf of HSE; A range of efficiency initiatives to address better Value For Money – transport reviews, review of Home Support, trialling of direct payments, negotiation of external residential placements costing.
