i Brand Book ‘Traces to Treasure’ is no humdrum catalogue intended to describe the products. In it, Extremis founder and head designer, Dirk Wynants, waxes lyrical about the impact that the company wants to have as a brand. A positive impact, and one that isn’t measured by instant commercial success or economic growth, but rather the sustainability of the creative ideas they bring to the market. it’s ideal for gracing your coffee table and showcasing your exquisite taste.
Extremis does it again With their stylish Inumbra,
Tremist, the new Extremis farmhouse ale, now available! The ‘Belgian farmhouse ale’ or ‘Saison’ originates from the time that farmers brewed beer in less active months and stored it until seasonal workers doubled the countryside’s population
during Summer, especially in the south of Belgium. Saison Tremist is a refreshing bottle conditioned brew with hops from Extremis’ backyard in Poperinge.

Happy birthday Extempore! Arnold Merckx founded his design studio in 1978, and 20 years later Extremis contacted him for the design of an architectural range of tables, benches and chairs. At the time, Extremis had only one product, Gargantua, so this was the very first step in the direction of a complete, high-end outdoor design collection. The ideas of Arnold Merckx soon turned out to be a perfect fit for Extremis. The Extempore range has become a classic; a timeless design – as the name states – with incredible durability.
