I’m a self-taught photo artist from The Netherlands, I have always been a dreamer; the most creative ideas come up to me at night.

Photography is not only what I love and what I do; it’s also a reflection of my emotions, the passion of the unknown, mystery rich with darkness and romance. My work associated with classical paintings. I am working almost exclusively with natural light and long exposure times.

I make storytelling portraits of children, often the story only comes to me when the children are in my studio. I catch the energy of the child and work with that. Each series is different and tells its own story.

What I’m trying to show is a glimpse of a fairytale world, an escape from reality using the light of nature, colour and texture, transform my photographs into compositions of timeless enchantment.

urrently living in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, though I was raised and lived most of my life in Southern California where I raised and schooled my daughters.

I have been photographing and drawing for twenty years and have found the most fulfilment in using photography as a means of creating artistic images by combining many elements to tell a story or to create something unusual.

Starting with photos and ending with something different is the direction my mind always travels, even when I am photographing.

My work has been displayed in galleries across the United States and has won several awards.

I have work hanging in offices, public places and homes in the United States and in Europe. I have also been published in an international photo art magazine and been a featured artist in that magazine (Living The Photoartistic Life magazine)

y name is Panos Vassilopoulos, I am an amateur photographer from Athens, Greece.

The images you see here are part of my visions.

I strongly believe that my work begins AFTER the camera shutter is pressed.

My work has been influenced by Jlia Anna Gospodarou and Joel Tjintjelaar. Their vision is a way of seeing things evolved in a scene that had been created by the artist.

I am a musician (drummer) and photography is my hobby, although I try to be as professional as I can, when it comes to delivering final results. Light and shapes are most intriguing to me, dancers are one of my favourite themes.

y name is Sharon Knightly. After many years working in the city than running my own business, a semiretirement move to the North of England has now given me the opportunity to really focus on my passion‌..Photography.

Although I do not want to put myself in one particular genre box for photography I am more likely to be out and about whatever the weather, photographing Seascape or Landscape. Being outside in all weathers capturing that moment which I can then process and publish for others to enjoy is so fulfilling. Also, being a lover of animals, I include Pet Photography to my portfolio which is a small business venture for me.

Since moving to the North of England getting to know the coastline locations and more importantly the tides has been key for my future plans to run workshops. The coastline here constantly changes with the weather and tides, each day I am out there I see this marvelous neck of the woods from a different perspective.

This set of images include the North and South of England and the marvellous location of Iceland.

y name is Stéphane Vilcoq, I am a 47-year-old French living in Orléans, France.

I have been a self-taught photographer for 14 years. Photography is my passion, not my job.

I’m a member of a photo club and I have participated in the competitions organized by the French Photos federation for many years.

I practice portrait photography, fashion, beauty, sometimes landscapes and urbex.

I used to write poetry. Now I look for a form of poetry in my photos, I think it is my personal touch. Whether in the choice of themes, posing models or processing photos in post-production, everything leads me to a form of poetry.

I wish to display an emotion, softness ... I like to play with the light. There is something magical and natural in the light. Inspiration comes from places or from a book, but most of the time it is not sought after.

I want people who look at my photos to have a crush on them. Photography is my “air bubble”, it’s a passion that allows you to create and express yourself. It allows me to escape by creating universes, magic paintings...

I think it is a language, another means of expression. I try to tell a story, to create an atmosphere, a painting...

Concerning Photoshop, I mainly work on the treatment of shadows and lights. Sometimes I do photomontages; I use textures and techniques known as Dodge & Burn.

I learned Photoshop by myself as well and I keep learning every day!

My favourite themes are often the simplest ones. Forests and rivers, nature, in general, inspires me. I also like themes with a designer outfit; it allows to address different themes. The frame is really important to me.
