Call for Core-Organisers 16th National Selection Conference of EYP the Netherlands
Dear alumni of EYP the Netherlands, Now that the call for our Preliminary Rounds has passed, it is our great pleasure to open the applications for our organisation’s next exciting event: the 16th National Selection Conference of EYP the Netherlands. This year’s National Selection Conference will take place from the 5th until 8th February 2016 in Amsterdam, with CJO starting on the 4th. The Project Leaders are Mighel Molenkamp and Mirjam Pieters. At least 12 delegations, selected at the Preliminary Rounds, will discuss several topics corresponding with the session theme ‘Setting the European Agenda’. The annual National Selection Conference of EYP The Netherlands has undergone significant improvements in both its scale and overall organisation over the course of the last few years. With this year’s edition we hope to further improve its success and are therefore looking for 3 committed core-organisers to support us with our work. These core-organisers will assist Mighel and Mirjam with the most essential tasks in preparation of the session, and over the course of their work will also be given responsibility over the team of organisers who are to be selected at a later date. All alumni of EYP the Netherlands can apply to be part of the organising team at this fase. To apply, please fill in the application form that you can find both in the Weekly Upate and on Facebook. Applications can be sent to applications@eyp.nl until Saturday October 17th 23:59 CET. All applications will be considered by the selection panel, consisting of representatives from the Board of EYP the Netherlands and both Project Leaders. All applicants will be informed individually of the outcome of their application once the selection is completed. Please note: All officials are expected to arrive on Thursday the 4th of February before noon. Departures take place on Monday the 8th of February from 20:00 onwards.
