I have often been asked how my wife and I were able to start a business and grow (and sustain) it so quickly. While there are many ways to answer this question, one of the main reasons why our business was able to grow is because we make it a point to follow up with clients and prospects. If you aren’t getting the kind of business you want, then chances are you are not following up. According to www.grantcardone.com, 48% of sales people never follow up with a prospect. 25% of sales people only make a second contact and stop. 12% of sales people only make three contacts and stop. 10% of sales people make more than three contacts.
