My eight-year-old niece was visiting me over the long Thanksgiving weekend. After an abstinent Thanksgiving, the next day was black Friday. My niece really wanted me to take her to the early sales. I asked her, “What time do you think we should leave?” She thoughtfully said, “Well, you need to get up, be quiet, eat your breakfast, and make some calls. So, it’s up to you!”
