As the first Integrated Tourism Complex in Oman, The Wave, Muscat, now Al Mouj Muscat, has become a benchmark for property development in the country and has been awarded regionally and internationally for its designs, quality construction and amenities. While the project was initially designed to attract foreign investment into the country by opening the freehold property market, it has also been embraced by the local population who are evolving from the initial investors to residents.

With an increasing Arabic resident profile and the imminent opening of its first five star hotel and harbourside promenade, the project has reached a new phase in its maturity. Combining the recent rebranding of its JV Partners, The Wave, Muscat is taking the initiative to refresh its identity to reflect a more distinct and modern personality.

A strong new identity that has evolved from the past, present & future. Al Mouj, which means “The Wave” in Arabic, is derived from the calligraphy of the former logo.
